Baymont by Wyndham Tucson Airport recensioner

Hello I’m bryen mcgaha and I had a room on 12/21/2024-12/22/2024 and when I came out of the room because i couldn’t sleep and Angela was so very friendly and willing to talk and set breakfast out for me and anyone who had a plane that was departing early in the morning and her friendliness was just overall amazing. I loved how I could actually talk to her and everything while she was doing her job she is also very good at multitasking in a very good person to chat with. I absolutely love the way. She was actually willing to talk to me because I couldn’t sleep.

The first room we got the lights weren’t working and the sink kept backing up. Jessica got us into a room with in a couple mins and checked on us after the switch. She also hooked us up with a couple more pillows and towels. She was fast and dependable. Thank you again!

Team Member Lupita went out of her way to help us figure out why the free EV charger wasn't working at the hotel. With guidance from her boss on the phone, we walked out and found the breakers were all switched off. Thank you Lupita for helping us with this issue! We charged overnight and had a full charge when we were ready to leave in the morning.

I came with my family and our experience was excellent, Lupita attended and help us a lot and she was very clear and treated us very well, the room was very clean and the beds very comfortable, I will definitely return to Baymont the next time, we enjoyed the hotel

A Pleasant Stay at a Great Value I recently stayed at Baymont by Wyndham and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers good spaces, with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location was convenient, close to local attractions, and the amenities were more than sufficient for my needs. While it’s not a luxury property, it provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and pleasant place to stay. Feel free to adjust the details to better fit your specific experience!

This is a very nice property. The location is very convenient and it was very quiet with a minimum of jet noise. A very convenient feature is their on property parking while you are gone. Their rate is much cheaper and more reasonable than the other off airport parking. If I had any complaint it would be the $150.00 security deposit required by the hotel. I have never been required to make such a deposit anywhere else. Fortunately the desk clerk was able to waive the deposit. I am a senior citizen, and that would have been a deal breaker for an otherwise great stay.

I came in town for my daughter graduation from Medical school and made a reservation and plane was delayed 2hours and lost my reservation it was cancelled! Road around for an hour lost money and came back to hotel and Jasmine saved the day and refunded my money and saved the day ! She was very professional and it was 5am and me my family were tired and needed a place to stay and Jasmine got me a room at a better rate!

This hotel was nasty! I would never stay here, or even recommend it to someone I hate. There were holes in the walls and areas where other holes were patched. The trim was falling off, the bathroom was dirty with hair and dust. There were handprints on the bed headboard, some of the outlets didn't work and stains on the towels, pillow covers, and lampshades. They do not provide a shuttle to the hotel, which was within walking distance- I walked. I did not eat breakfast, as I would not trust their food. I put a napkin into the peephole, as it was the size of a dime, and propped the iron board in front of the door because I did not feel safe. The occupants in the room above me were so loud, I had to call the front desk. At 2 am, I gave up. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Had a reservation with them to stay for five nights and at the last moment this motel sent me a sorry we cannot accommodate you note. Who does this to others and feels it is conducive to keeping any kind of trust with the public they are supposed to serve. Hopefully someday the individual whom made this decision can get the same done to them. The golden rule does not apply here. Beware of management like this whom have no care as to how they treat others, aka guests. No class.

I was given a room that had a smoke detector with a low battery which chirped OK constantly so I called the front desk and they did not have any batteries for it so they move me into the room next to it. I get to that room and the TV remote does not have any batteries in it. I reported that and they did not have any batteries for it plus since I was in the room next to my previous one I could still hear the smoke detector chirping all night long.

This place was awful!! Teens from our church stayed here for a youth event and the kids in one room including my daughter came back with bites!! My daughter said the rooms were dirty. Towels, sheets and shower were dirty. When they went to the lobby to ask for clean sheets the hotel worker was laughing at them. He acted like the teens were lying about the room being dirty. This hotel looks nothing like the photos. Poor service! Don’t stay here. Sadly many hotels are like this anymore.

Rooms were not ready to be rented out to stay in so we left right after checking in. First room appeared to be in the middle of renovation or repair. Second room did not appear to be cleaned or ready for rental.

Very clean, hospitable, affordable, family friendly and just overall great stay. Staff is professional and the facility is in great appearance. Highly recommend anyone stay on a budget and wanting a clean/safe stay!

One of the best Hotels I ever stayed at. I would recommend staying at this Hotel for anybody traveling for Business or just for Pleasure. Location ain't the best but it was great staying there. Can't wait to come back again.
