Bespoke, Member of Small Luxury Hotels

It was a relaxing experience and very nice Hotel🥰 The hotel’s aesthetic was very pleasing. The hotel is located in the middle of beautiful nature. The staff was excellent🎯 You should have a car because there are so many places to visit by a car for example cenotes, restaurants etc.🥰

My husband and I, along with our daughter's family, two children ages 5 and 9, had a wonderful 6-night vacation at BeSpoke in mid-February. The hotel is as good or better than advertised in every respect. The staff, including Oziel, Paula, Papi, Emmanuel, Lucio, Mireya, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the intimate restaurant and bar on-site, especially our daily continental breakfasts: a feast of fresh juices, coffees, and foods, plated and served. The mood was tranquil and relaxed; the pools, grounds, and beaches beautifully maintained. The hotel is "off the beaten path," but that's what we loved about it. We rented a car, but would likely use the readily available taxis when we return for trips to the grocery store, off-site restaurants, and nearby cenotes. One of our best vacations ever.

What an amazing stay with an amazing team taking care of each single detail, many thanks to all of you… The appartement was amazing with that view every morning, a paradise. An external area for dinner would have been appreciated, even if thé restaurant got these open large windows. The whole family miss you already, looking forward to be back

We had a lovely experience at bespoke. We have always loved tankah bay & were excited to try the new boutique hotel. The staff was very friendly & took great care of us, the food was delicious, the rooms were spacious & clean & the beach was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. Perfect for couples or families. Laid back & relaxing!

Incredible beach and service! Excellent food and rooms are so clean and beautiful! We had so much fun and they also call taxis for you when you need it. Since you walk in you feel in a luxury palace and I never wanted to leave! 100% recommend for a family or friends trip.

We just finished our stay at the Bespoke hotel. The check in process was so easy. The property itself is beautiful and never feels crowded. The staff of course helps make the place run so smoothly. ‘Papi’ does such an excellent job of making you feel at home and always taken care of. His relaxed attitude helps you shift from busy life at home to the correct mindset to unwind. Anayi (unsure of spelling) was very dedicated in serving both at the restaurant and beach with a smile. Alfredo was so helpful with our luggage and setting up umbrellas at the beach. He always was very kind. The staff in general was excellent and made our vacation that much more wonderful. The restaurant is small, but the food is excellent. The guys in the kitchen are doing a great job. There are 3 complementary kayaks you can use to explore the beach and some coral formations. you’ll want to bring some goggles to check out some of the fish and stingrays in the bay. The layout of our hotel room was excellent. There’s a large kitchen area so you can do some grocery shopping prior to arriving and have use of their refrigerator and fully functional kitchen. We had three bedrooms that were beautiful and the bathrooms felt like you were at a spa. Overall I highly recommend this property and if you are on the fence, you won’t be disappointed.
