Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka´an - Adults Only - All Inclusive

I liked that we were able to visit the other three resorts under the Bahía name. Our stay was at Sian Ka’an which boasted an adults only but it was actually geared towards retired people. We spent most of our time at Akumal, better pools and swim up bar. The staff were lovely. However the food didn’t impress and the drinks were just ok. I had higher expectations for a Bahía resort but ultimately left disappointed.

This hotel is only a “branch” of what’s offered. Bahia Principe has a couple of other locations that are interconnected here and the best part is, that you can enjoy their amenities even if you aren’t staying at the hotel! Their location is great. You’re staying in the jungle and still get to reconnect with nature. Food was delicious at their buffet and they even have a 24-hour restaurant that also had great food. There’s so much to do here, and would 1000% stay here again. My only downside is that I wish there was more advertisement on the events or shows happening. They have an awesome app, and maybe it was just for me but it wouldn’t load any information. If there are postings of scheduled events/shows that would be awesome. And if there was, maybe front desk can include this during check-in. Like I mentioned, there was so much to do and having this information available makes it incredibly easy to plan. Instead of finding out last minute. :) this hotel was truly a great experience and would recommend it to anyone. It is right in the middle of Tulum and Cancun but secluded enough to avoid the high traffic of tourists. Theres wildlife roaming the area which is a great plus for anyone looking to reconnect with nature.

So amazing it’s funny because I read some of the reviews after booking and some of them had me skeptical but after visiting myself OMG what a fantastic experience I guess it’s true when they say you can’t judge a book by its cover or believe everything people say. Find out yourself cause you will be suprised!

The property was out dated, couldn't get reservations for the restaurants I wanted. I got food poisoning was sick half of my stay We paid for round-trip transfers, and they were late then didn't want to take us to the airport. They were trying to get more money out of us

Staff was friendly and helpful. Though it does need to be stated there are no elevators because there are quite a few stairs to the 3rd floor
