Pretty awful to be honest. Floor was filthy and not cleaned the whole time we were there, towels were threadbare and ripped, safe didn't work, fridge was missing (while all other rooms had one), breakfast choice was very limited and disappointing, sheets were not clean. Jacuzzi doesn't work and pool didn't appear very clean.

Avoid this hotel! I reserved five rooms several months ago and paid half of the total. When I arrived they tried to double the price. The shower floors are like walking on ice and there are no shower mats. I asked for an extra towel and they said they didn't have any extra towels. The showers have no shelf for soap or shampoo so you have to put those on the floor. There was no hot water one of the two days we stayed. The shower door leaks water all over the bathroom and floods the place. The safe was locked when we arrived and there was no way they could open it. Breakfast was supposed to be available starting at 8:00 a.m. and the place was dark. The help was rude and surly. This hotel is for sale and obviously the owners don't care anymore. Avoid at all costs!

Stayed here for 3 night . First room we were given had no TV , second had one which didn’t work , reported it but sadly wasn’t fixed ( they moved us to a room with pool access which was a benefit ) . Staff were v polite and kind . Breakfast buffet q limited , they offered eggs cooked however you wanted the first 2 mornings but on the 3rd morning was an issue with the chef so only limited options/ toast / poor quality croissants / pancakes ( which teenagers enjoyed ) . The hotel was clean and nicely designed although the pool q small and only a few sun beds which were all taken up when hotel was busy . Main issue was Tulum rather than the hotel . I really wouldn’t recommend anybody go there - the walk into town doesn’t feel safe . A trip to the beach stressful as everyone trying to rip you off and costs a fortune to go to the beach ( mainly only accessed via expensive clubs ) . The hotel is in an area which is under a lot of development , there are a few shops and restaurants nearby but these are mostly empty . It’s a shame as the staff are trying hard to make this hotel nice, I hope Tulum improves as currently is a mess !

O hotel é elegante e lindo. Tudo muito limpo. O quarto e o banheiro são muito amplos. A cama é muito confortável. A piscina é uma delícia. O café da manhã é simples mas gostoso. Com certeza voltaríamos.

El mejor hotel en el que me hospedado, personal muy amable, amenidades muy bonitas y todo muy limpio, sin pensarlo este sera el hotel que me quede en mis viajes a Tulum!!!! Lo recomiendo y las rentas de bicis super accesibles y de mucha ayuda para llegar a cualquier parte de Tulum, nos apoyaron mucho los colaboradores para coneguir Tours baratos y pasar un momento muy agradable!

Eigenlijk was dit best een goed hotel. De kamers zijn licht, ruim en het is er in de nacht stil. Alleen jammer dat de bedden zo zacht zijn: je zakt letterlijk in de matras. Ook was onze televisie stuk en de koelkast in de kamer van onze vrienden deed het niet. Het hotel is verzorgd, leuk zwembad ook maar er is 1 groot minpunt: het ontbijt. Het opent om 8 uur en we waren er om 8.15 uur: fruit op, pannenkoeken op, toast op, fruitsap op…en ze vullen bijzonder traag aan. Ook het systeem waarbij je een deel buffet hebt en een deel te bestellen, werkt voor geen meter. De eitjes die we bestelden kwamen zeer laat en met grote tijden ertussen, jammer
