Second time staying here, and is just a pleasant stay, very clean , Stephanny and Antonieta are the best! Is worth every penny! You can rent a bike and go just about anywhere in tulum, they have brand new bikes for rent at the hotel!

Really nice spot. Quiet and out of the crazy rat race of the world. Clean as a whistle with everything you need to have a restful vacation. The pool is a welcome break as the day gets hot. We never saw anyone else in the pool, we were happy to enjoy it on our own.

This property was such an amazing find! Everything was fantastic in every way possible and we didn’t want to leave! Antoinetta who manages this place is such a sweet soul and she truly made our stay delightful! We felt like we were at home and cannot recommend this place enough. The place is in a safe gated community away from the noise of Tulum. You will need a bicycle or scooter to get to this property however it is no more than 10 minutes to get anywhere you need to go. They have filtered water out of the tap, Netflix and a fully functional kitchen. After have been travelling on the road for four months we loved cooking for ourselves at Valhalla. Make sure to do your shopping at Selecto Chedraui as they have all the food you should need. Last but not least the pool is fantastic as well as the rooftop. The sun stops hitting the pool around 3:30pm so we always scooted upstairs to enjoy the last hours while watching the sun go down! Regards, Kris & Sissi

Throughly enjoyable experience. Valhalla is part of a new development in Tulum. Very spacious, apartment as per the photos, modern and we didn't need anything else. Antoinette was extremely helpful to us and covered all our needs - she was a star. She generously gives her time and knowledge of the local areas Must take a car, no restaurants or shops nearby. Access is through security barriers - this isn't clear before arriving but easy enough once you've done it the first time. Many of the other guests are on repeat visits - that says it all really.

I had booked this place back in August and unfortunately we had a death in the family I got a hold of them and they said they couldn't refund me but gave me a voucher instead, when I called back to get the credit they responded promptly and honored my voucher, upon arrival we were met by Antonieta, what a beautiful lady she greeted us like we were her family and explained everything to us and gave us a sheet with suggestions on where to go and eat, the place was immaculate clean organized in a gated community very safe and away from all the noise from Tulum, the place is beautiful with rooftop community kitchen and eating area I cannot say enough about this place for the money I paid for this hotel is 10 out of 10. to sum it up I would 100% recommend this hotel and I would god willing come back one day!

Residence favoloso, appartamenti molto spaziosi, puliti, nuovi, letti molto grandi e comodi. La signora Antonietta è gentilissima, molto disponibile e simpatica. Bella piscina con idromassaggi e teli a disposizione. Davvero consigliato!

Accueil au top ! Superbe hôtel avec des prestations de luxe. Très bon rapport qualité prix, le meilleur durant notre périple de 3 semaines au Mexique. La piscine est superbe avec des jets, des bulles et des transats. Notre logement avait 2 chambres, un salon avec une cuisine équipée. Très belle salle de bain également.
