The location is amazing and the tents were well served with ac. Very pretty site with a natural touch. Common bathrooms were cleaned several times a day, so I never had an unpleasant experience. The design integrates with the surrounding very well.
The only mole: restaurant they collaborate with on the beach though is very expensive and poor quality compared with the ones nearby.

This was our second stay at the site, though it was under different ownership when we first stayed (when it was called Casa Nawal). We returned because we loved it so much the first time, and I have to say it is definitely ALMOST as good. The tents are still nice, and being able to walk out straight onto the stunning beach in 2 minutes is amazing, however it has to be said that the front of house staff are fairly unfriendly, and uncooperative to a degree. We are not complain-y people at all, but I don't think we saw one smile cracked from them across the whole trip, and a lot of our questions (about the area, rules on certain things) were treated as if we were stupid to be asking them. Other than this small detail, the campus where you stay is unbelievably nice, and the quality of the classes they put on are really, really high - perfect place for a break to switch off!

Amazing experience on the best beach of Tulum. We stayed in an ocean front tent and we just loved everything, the restaurant, the decoration, the personal and the yoga classes. This hotel has so many common areas and also wellness and cultural activities. The staff was lovely and Martina was super helpfull during all our stay, attentive to every detail, she has recommended restaurants and activities that have been very worthwhile. We’ll come back here. Highly recommended!

I adore this place. So special. We reserved a basic tent, as I have done in the past and absolutely loved it. There was a problem with the tent which I won’t even mention because I’m sure they have resolved it. I wish I knew the name of the wonderful young woman who checked us in and immediately upgraded us to the most beautiful “tent” which had a thatched roof, a ceiling fan, anf and a deck. The bathrooms are kept perfectly clean and sharing with other guests was no problem whatsoever. The staff are all completely lovely in both the hotel and restaurant. The fish tacos are the best we had. I really can’t say enough good things about this little gem. I miss it already.

We are absolutely loving our stay here!!! Currently laying on a dreamy swinging day bed, watching the turquoise water and listening to the waves crash. our wooden glamping hut (pretty much right on the beach!!) is super cute, sheets get changed every day, food is tasty (as are the drinks), the whole property is just so peaceful. And every day we’ve spent on the day bed our server Javier has been so amazing, super friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back in the future :) Also if you’re looking for cenotes nearby, Cristal and Escondido can be visited as a pack, STUNNING and not yet too touristy (go early in the AM!) 😇

What a unique place with a cool vibe. We were literally right on the ocean; I could hear the waves from my hut. Super clean, amazing food, brilliant staff. Loved my time there. Everything about it was awesome.

So lovely and relaxing. Park yourself on a swinging bed overlooking the ocean and let Javi and his team bring you amazing food with friendly service and good vibes. The cabins are just a 2 minute walk and make a great home base.

Simply the best beach club in Tulum. Food and drinks are amazing. Service is excellent. Our waiter Javi was super buena onda, professional and friendly. The vibe here is simply unique. Also check out the stupa, fire area and a whole bunch of activities for kids. Thank you Ikal :)

A great experience with one of the most caring staff we've seen in a while. Jose, Caroline, the girl at reception all of them absolutely lovely and helpful. The oceanfront tent was so well located with a great view. The food at the restaurant was very good too. The sand is so white and soft it's really hard to find something as beautiful. Strongly recommend!
