Dune Boutique Hotel Located at the Party Zone

The hotel is right on the beach with a beautiful view and close proximity to restaurants and beach clubs. We enjoyed the onsite breakfast, yoga, and bikes. The staff is incredible. Very helpful and friendly, particularly Alejandro, Alex, Melissa, and Carlos.

This boutique hotel had amazing service with such kind employees. The food at the restaurant is great quality, located with the beach as your backyard you can’t go wrong. Security was there every time we parked our Vespa, doors were open and closed for us at the reception, truly no complaints. With our package we had American breakfast included everyday that was coffee, green juice, an entire fruit/yogurt plate, eggs and potatoes/beans. The massage at the spa was AMAZING with great quality and included aromatherapy and healing bowls, very peaceful and mindful. My friend and I stayed for 5 days and wouldn’t want it any other way. Would def recommend to anyone staying in Tulum who wants to be near the beach club/dinner party scene but wants their peace and serenity.

What an incredible stay I had! It was absolutely so beautiful and so nice to come here. The property was phenomenally stunning. Alex was very attentive and helped me with everything I needed. He treated me like a priority anytime I asked for something. I felt at home here with the service I was given and the comfort of my room. I was traveling alone and never felt unsafe here. They offered yoga classes in the morning and the instructor was so great! Breakfast lunch and dinner on the beach with top notch food and service. Carlos, Silva, Juan, and Abraham all did such an amazing job at making me feel cared for and had everything I needed. I went to the spa, which was beautiful, and got a massage from Steffany. She did amazing and I felt born again after. I would definitely return here! It was worth every penny.

My stay was incredible. The whole staff made me feel like a VIP, especially Alex. They did everything they could to make my stay unforgettable. I even got my room decorated for my birthday. Beside of that, the hotel is small but really beautiful and more laid back compared to the exaggerated attitude of Tulums Zona Hotelera, which I really liked. The beach is stunning, and so is the outdoor Spa (Gloria) and the breakfast. The location of the hotel is just right, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Of course there are beach clubs nearby, too, which makes it quite noisy by night but you know it before you book the hotel. Earplugs in and it’s no issue at all.

Stefany was so awesome and personable. She has a wonderful personality and made me feel like welcomed VIP! She has magic healing hands and made my stay here so much more enjoyable! Ask for her by Name at tDune for the most amazing massage!
