Beautiful looking hotel in a convenient center town location. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Food and drinks are great when they get to you because service is a bit slow so order with enough time. Nonetheless we were treated nicely by the staff. The rooftop pool and the view from there is gorgeous.

予約でトラブルがあった事は残念でしたが、それを上回る対応をしてもらえました。
予約が1日取れていないときは、系列の別のホテルでグレードアップして予約をしてくれました。
レンタルサイクルに不具合があった時には別のところから新しい自転車を手配してくれました。
そして、Laylaのホテルは素晴らしく特に屋上のプールサイドからの景色は素晴らしかったです。
1点だけ欠点をあげるならば、プールサイドの部屋だったからなのか部屋が少しカビっぽいにおいがしました。
しばらく部屋にいると気にならなくはなりました。
他は素晴らしい設備で、トゥルムのダウンタウンエリアに泊まるならオススメしたいホテルです。

予約日当日にチェックインしようとしたら、システムエラーで予約がキャンセルされていると言われて困っていたら、スタッフの方々の神対応で姉妹ホテルのSana hotelへとグレードアップをしていただき。。。
海辺のホテルで最高な時間を過ごさせて頂きました。
こちらのホテルにもぜひ泊まってみたいので
