Sky Palace Boutique Hotel

The facility is quite old. The cleanliness is so so. But overall it worth the price.

The rooms were clean and the beds were of good quality. The hotel is located just outside the center, but you can get there by tuc tuc for almost nothing. This hotel is definitely recommended

The hotel looks so nice from outside. Their lobby looks luxurious, much better, in fact, than the rooms. The room is spacious but totally uncomfortable: hard mattress and pillows, the armchairs cushions are harder than the mattress, which means that I couldn't use them. There is no furniture like a closet, it's made of that awful dark colored concrete in bad need of a lack of paint, just like the walls. The room was reasonably clean and we were asked if we wanted cleaning each day. The day we asked just for a change of towels, nobody bothered to empty the trash. The room had a nice small balcony, but no furniture to sit outside, not even a rack to hang our clothes or dry our towels. The bathroom was kept pristine but the shower curtain was a disgrace, not to be touched. We had booked (and paid) for a queen bed but got twins, instead, without any prior notice or apologies for the change. The hotel location is convenient, along a main road, within walking distance of the city center and the lovely river. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone: it is too primitive for the price.

ホテルのスタッフの方はすごく親切です。いつも笑顔で優しくしてくれました。ですが、ホテルにドライヤーがないので持参しなければなりません。また、近くにコンビニ、スーパーがないので20分近く歩く必要があります。

The room was clean and comfortable. The stuff was also very friendly and helpful (even in the evening when our AC didn't work and we were moved to another room). But the hotel is located directly at a dusty road and it is a walk of 20 minutes to get to the city center with all the restaurants and bars.
