Don’t advertise what you don’t offer!! We picked this hotel based on the fact that it says the offer cribs. Upon arrival we were told there are no cribs, no roll-a-way beds, no options period for an infant. We flew into town, so we had no other options. Guy at the desk was no help and offered no apology or explanation. Room was non-refundable or we would have left. Lobby was clean and nice. Hallways were terrible and rundown. Rooms were clean. Tried to figure out where to let our infant sleep with no bed option. But there were no blankets either. She had to sleep on the floor on a tow. Then tried to put our toddler’s milk in the fridge, it was broken and wouldn’t cool. I would have overlooked everything if I weren’t so mad about the false advertising of the crib. Don’t advertise what you don’t offer!!

Hotel with few amenities. Bed was fine, same as every other Hilton. No coffee pot in room and no coffee available on site. Included breakfast buffet was minimal. No microwave in room. Furniture was not comfortable. Tried Spark on a whim, will stay at other Hilton properties in the future

The front desk staff are a joy to work with. They're professional, friendly, and seemingly happy to help with any of our needs! The bed and pillows are super comfortable and the bedding is soft and breathable. The bathroom cleanliness was impeccable. 10/10 would recommend
