Lonicera Resort & Spa Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

I stayed at this hotel for my vacation and have mixed feelings about it. There were definitely some positives, but also significant areas for improvement. What I liked: The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean, which made my stay pleasant. The hotel is located very close to the sea, which was a big plus for me. The water park was a lot of fun and great for families or anyone looking to relax and enjoy the water. What I didn't like: The food was a disappointment. It could have been much better, especially for the price. I've stayed in other hotels for less money, and the variety was greater, especially when it comes to seafood. A major issue for me was the lack of respect towards Ukrainian guests. I came to Turkey hoping to hear Turkish music, but instead, the hotel played cheap Russian pop music throughout the property. There were many Russian guests who behaved inappropriately, and the staff turned a blind eye, saying that those guests were paying customers and could do whatever they wanted. This behavior was especially noticeable during the hotel’s entertainment shows, where there was also an uncomfortable glorification of Russian culture. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. While the hotel is advertised as family-friendly, I noticed many elderly guests on the beach who constantly complained about children playing and making noise. If this is such a concern for them, I would suggest they consider booking an adults-only hotel instead of expecting families to quiet their kids in a family-oriented environment. I was really disappointed by this experience, and I won’t be returning to this hotel again.

The hotel itself is beautiful—modern, clean, and with plenty to do. The staff are incredibly friendly, which is the only reason I’m giving this place two stars. However, the food is very disappointing. The quality is poor, with highly processed ingredients. Our family of four all suffered from food poisoning. The menu is repetitive, with almost the same dishes every day, loaded with oil, and the desserts taste bland and artificial, lacking variety or flavor. Fresh fruit is nearly nonexistent. We stayed for 12 nights, and the food never improved. After getting sick, we ended up eating outside for the rest of our stay, which wasn’t what we had planned. If you’re not planning to eat here, the hotel itself is great, but I have to say, it’s the worst food I’ve ever encountered on holiday. Another major issue is communication—few staff members speak English. Additionally, the hotel was full of rude russians who disregarded basic manners, such as waiting their turn in line. This really affected the atmosphere and became exhausting to deal with. They should be kept in cage on side of the hotel and not around other people The elevator situation is also a mess. If you’re using a stroller, be prepared for a struggle. During meal times, the elevators are always packed, and there’s no priority given to those with strollers or wheelchairs. We had to wait up to 30 minutes for an elevator on one occasion, which was truly frustrating. In summary, while the hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly, the poor food quality, language barriers, issues with the elevator system and rude russians make it hard to recommend this place.

Hotel ma dwa oblicza, zacznę od małych minusów. Nie klimatyzowane windy, to prawdziwy koszmar, jak w piekarniku. Duża część hotelu nie jest klimatyzowana a czasem klimatyzacja jest wyłączona. Przy basenach trudno znaleźć wolne leżaki, w głównej stołówce jest jeszcze gorzej, jest za dużo gości i wewnątrz odbywa się polowanie. Na zewnątrz nikt nie chce siedzieć bo co to za przyjemność jeść posiłek przy 40 i więcej stopniach. Wyżywienie typowe dla Turcji, duży wybór głównie mało lub nie jadalnych potraw. Trzeba sobie potestować i dobrać potrawy. Alkohole tragedia, nie ma importowanych. Tureckie piwo jeszcze ujdzie ale pozostałe rodzaje mocno byle jakie. Wszędzie dostępna woda niegazowana w buteleczkach. Punkt wyciskania soków jest tylko w jednym miejscu przy dużym i okazałym parku wodnym. Tam też są lody w pakiecie. Pokój czysty i ładny, klimatyzacja dobrze działa, TV jest tylko Polonia a reszta to tureckie, ruskie i niemieckie stacje. Nie ma muzyki i typowych kanałów z bajkami. Codziennie sprzątany. Bary przekąskowe cały czas coś serwują tu można pomijać główne godziny pracy podstawowej stołówki. Obiekt ogromy, jest gdzie chodzić. Plaża ciasna ale jest gdzie siedzieć. Morze bardzo słone, woda bardzo ciepła. Pracownicy uprzejmi i głównie mówiący po turecki i rusku. Sporadycznie znają trochę angielski. Biuro Coral utrzymuje, że ma tam opiekuna. To nie prawda. Pojawił się raz i tylko po to żeby wcisnąć mocno przepłacone wycieczki. Na tablicy informacyjnej tylko ulotka jak ściągnąć aplikacje Coral na telefon i kompletna olewka. Nawet na wyjazd nie było opiekuna. Co innego biuro Rainbow, na tablicy wszystko opisane, pełna informacja, na której bazowałem. Goście to głównie Rosjanie potem Polacy i reszta z bardzo wielu krajów. Jest spokojnie, nie było incydentów. Czy bym tam drugi raz chciał pojechać? Nie.
