Asrin Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

It was very nice, all staff is very kind and very friendly I liked it and I want to come there again, animators was very friendly and very nice, all the time was great and fun who'd recommend it to my friends and family members who wasn’t here already

Worst and hotel rooms and food, please don't fool by online images, waste of money time effort , staff never respond to our queries and they don't bother about us, management is extremely poor responsible, totally 0 rating to this hotel, please do not waste your money

Absolute worst hotel do not go here ever, first of all most of the photos are fake the reception are rude and useless they just laugh at you when we made several complaints and called us crazy/ the complaints were… - a hole in the wall with live wires coming out. - got sexually assaulted on their “private” beach. - wouldn’t get you fresh towels or clean your room - had a Russian man break in at 3am and steal our key card just to be told they won’t cancel the cards or replace it. - went home after 5 days when we were meant to stay for 14 so the security guard followed us in the middle of the night not letting anyone book us a taxi to the airport. HOLIDAY OF HELL DO NOT GO!

This hotel is by no means anywhere near a 4 star. 2 star if you’re lucky! Most staff didn’t speak English, were rude and at times aggressive. Mainly Russian guests. They are beyond rude, barging into people, jumping queues, piling their plates with loads of food and leaving most of it. Only 1 bar outside the restaurant. All drinks served in small flimsy plastic cups. Food was more suited to the Russians. A lot of it was cold and probably reheated for the next serving. We ended up eating out a lot, which then has added on a lot of extra cost. to us which we didn’t expect. Rooms were basic and desperately need updated. We were never left any clean towels, always had to ask. All they did was empty the bins. No cleaning at all!! They were supposed to leave a bottle of water in the fridge, we never got any in the 10 days we were there. Plenty sunbeds around the pool. Pool was very rough at the bottom and easy to cut your feet, which we did. Tiles around very uneven and trip hazard. The ladder to climb in and out of the pool was not secure and will definitely cause an accident soon. If you’re looking for something cheap and cheerful, which we were, then take sometime to look at reviews. Don’t take the risk with this one!!!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel is a disaster. First of all, there was no hot water in the room. After a long day of travel, I was looking forward to a hot shower, but instead, I had to endure a freezing cold one. On top of that, the AC was leaking constantly when it was on, leaving a puddle in the room and making the air feel humid and uncomfortable. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Mould was everywhere, and the stench was unbearable. When I brought this up to the receptionists, they were rude and unhelpful, acting as if I was the problem. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the hotel manager was arrogant and dismissive when I tried to escalate my complaints. The entire hotel has a horrible smell a mix of mildew and filth. It felt like nothing in this place was cleaned properly. I also got food poisoning from the hotel's restaurant, which ruined the rest of my stay. The rooms and common areas were filthy, and the pool was never cleaned. There are no lifeguards at the pool, which is a huge safety risk, especially for kids and adults who can't swim. The drinks they serve were warm, which was not what I expected when ordering a cold beverage by the pool. The pictures of the hotel online are completely misleading. What you see in person is a rundown, dirty, and poorly maintained facility. They also charge for WiFi, but after paying, they tell you it’s not working and refuse to refund your money. They even lie about there being free WiFi in the lobby there's none! This place is a total rip-off and a health hazard. Please avoid this hotel at all costs! It ruined my vacation and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

Having read the reviews for this hotel I was a bit apprehensive about it, there was no need to be, we had a lovely room which was cleaned every day and fresh towels the shower, maybe only warm but that’s all you need after a hot day, The food was nice, yes a lot of it may be catering more to the Russians but you could always find something to eat and a few nights they were bbq meat, breakfast the freshly made pancakes were really nice, The pool area was always clean and the pool itself was and plenty of sunveds. Staff were really friendly may not speak a lot of English but always undestood what was needed. This hotel is great for families but if you are looking for more nightlife I would go more into Alanya itself, would go back yes I would, ignore the negative reviews give it a go

You get what you pay for. Yes,Queued for food, but went later, no Queue!! Some greedy holiday makers, admittedly, but i found the food enjoyable. Not for everyone, but tasty to me. Pizza if kids want it, Chicken nuggets Lunch time. The staff were friendly enough, if you treated them the same way, saying a please and thank you goes a long way. Went to beach bar one day, and a lady Staff member was dancing behind the counter, so I started dancing too!!! The lady was laughing and dancing along. Then the Lady came over to our table, with a plate of cut fruit, nicely laid out, and said "thank you". The fruit at the pool bar is not cut up that way, so that was a very nice gesture. (cynics will say it was for a tip!!! ) She got tipped, but was thanking us for "seeing her" and Being fun. They don't get paid a lot, do log hours and people seemed to be generally rude to them. So politeness goes a long way. Found the pools to be clean and cleaned out every night. PLenty of spaces round the pool, Basic kids pool with slide. No one complained about rashes etc. Our room was refreshed every day, new sheets. You had to put towels on floor to get them changed, I admit. Put a "Please clean" on door handle when you go out. They do. Friendly reception on arrival at 12.30 am, had no problems with any receptionist. Be polite, they will be too!!! No problems with air conditioning. Only went to 2 night stage shows, and they were good. Beer ok, Lager but free. served in little plastic cups, so take some plastic beakers with you :) We bought some from a shop nearby, poured into the beakers and job done. Spirits tend to be Vodka, Whiskey, Cocunut rum (Meaning white rum) Rum. white wine or red wine pre mixed cocktail. Pool coffee and juice/water area open all night, can fill up anything with orange/pineapple/ some other juice or water. Downside is if you get up at 6 am (like me) sometimes its run out. Overall, my expirience was good. Clean Tidy No nightlife but did't go for that. Would go again and my partner agrees.

Avoid at all costs one star is being nice, the food is shocking we have spent more money eating out and paid for all inclusive we have found a lovely resteraunt around the corner called cosy garden food is amazing and so kind and genuine, pool is so dirty kids have come out with all rashes over there body we haven’t had any towels what so over or room clean and if you do ask for a towel they tell you after 4pm and get handed one small hand towel, our friends have had cockroaches in there room air con is bad they also only give you one room key so the air con won’t stay on while your out all day DONT STAY HERE

The hotel is real good and has really good staff I had a great time socialising with staff and other people. Although there isn’t much English speaking people the staff provide services for you to travel around the city and meet new people wether it be partying or shopping.
