Asrin Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

Poor customer services I had experienced with the receptionists. You get better service from them if it's something to do with money which they are going to benefit from. I had my dislocating his knee in the reception, following a fall on the wet floor from the water fountain, but the hospital did nothing. I had to hire the ambulance, hire the wheelchair which I paid with my own money. The day of my check out was awful, when the receptionist is shouting on me asking to hand in the keys whilst taking my belongings from the rooms ( I had two rooms)

Absolutely awful hotel the staff are rude this should be a 1 star hotel not a clean surface in the hotel the food is cooked in the dirtiest oil iv ever seen all food is cold worst 7 days in a hotel iv stayed in and the smell is by far the most dreadful think you could smell while eating I would avoid at all cost

It was very nice, all staff is very kind and very friendly I liked it and I want to come there again, animators was very friendly and very nice, all the time was great and fun who'd recommend it to my friends and family members who wasn’t here already

Worst and hotel rooms and food, please don't fool by online images, waste of money time effort , staff never respond to our queries and they don't bother about us, management is extremely poor responsible, totally 0 rating to this hotel, please do not waste your money

This hotel is by no means anywhere near a 4 star. 2 star if you’re lucky! Most staff didn’t speak English, were rude and at times aggressive. Mainly Russian guests. They are beyond rude, barging into people, jumping queues, piling their plates with loads of food and leaving most of it. Only 1 bar outside the restaurant. All drinks served in small flimsy plastic cups. Food was more suited to the Russians. A lot of it was cold and probably reheated for the next serving. We ended up eating out a lot, which then has added on a lot of extra cost. to us which we didn’t expect. Rooms were basic and desperately need updated. We were never left any clean towels, always had to ask. All they did was empty the bins. No cleaning at all!! They were supposed to leave a bottle of water in the fridge, we never got any in the 10 days we were there. Plenty sunbeds around the pool. Pool was very rough at the bottom and easy to cut your feet, which we did. Tiles around very uneven and trip hazard. The ladder to climb in and out of the pool was not secure and will definitely cause an accident soon. If you’re looking for something cheap and cheerful, which we were, then take sometime to look at reviews. Don’t take the risk with this one!!!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel is a disaster. First of all, there was no hot water in the room. After a long day of travel, I was looking forward to a hot shower, but instead, I had to endure a freezing cold one. On top of that, the AC was leaking constantly when it was on, leaving a puddle in the room and making the air feel humid and uncomfortable. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Mould was everywhere, and the stench was unbearable. When I brought this up to the receptionists, they were rude and unhelpful, acting as if I was the problem. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the hotel manager was arrogant and dismissive when I tried to escalate my complaints. The entire hotel has a horrible smell a mix of mildew and filth. It felt like nothing in this place was cleaned properly. I also got food poisoning from the hotel's restaurant, which ruined the rest of my stay. The rooms and common areas were filthy, and the pool was never cleaned. There are no lifeguards at the pool, which is a huge safety risk, especially for kids and adults who can't swim. The drinks they serve were warm, which was not what I expected when ordering a cold beverage by the pool. The pictures of the hotel online are completely misleading. What you see in person is a rundown, dirty, and poorly maintained facility. They also charge for WiFi, but after paying, they tell you it’s not working and refuse to refund your money. They even lie about there being free WiFi in the lobby there's none! This place is a total rip-off and a health hazard. Please avoid this hotel at all costs! It ruined my vacation and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
