Vi kom till detta hotell första gången 2014 eller 2015. Jämfört med den tiden verkar det som att allt finns där matmässigt, men det mesta är utseendet. Kvaliteten på ingredienserna som används i maten är mycket dålig. Ingen ser i ansiktet på korvägget. Det är så illa. Speciellt de förberedde ett fiskbord, jag sa ok, den här gången köpte jag varje fisk som kommer att bli god, lite i taget. Eller är allt gjort med surt? Jag tror att anledningen till att de gör det surt är för att undertrycka den dåliga smaken. Det finns kebab på stranden vid middagstid. Det är det enda läckra. Brickmakaren ger den med sin sallad. När det gäller maten deltog jag inte så mycket, men underhållningssidan är bra. Poolerna är inte särskilt rena. Vi kom redan och visste att havet är dåligt. Aquapark var så roligt.

Beautiful hotel lovely staff alper tunga went out of his way to help and advise would definitely come back for another stay food is served all day and night with a wide range to cater for everyone's needs cocktails was a large selection contained to other hotles I've stayed in

I felt compelled into writing a review after reading so much negativity about this place just before our holiday which we returned from today (22nd August). We have just returned from a 7 day holiday at Vikingen and had an absolutely brilliant time. This is an honest review from two English families with kids aged 7, 8, 11 and 13. We are friendly, polite people who have a laugh wherever we go, so we're quite easy to please, however some of the things we've read on here are absolute drivel. Yes, there are some aspects that we couldve found fault with but nothing that would stop anyone from having a great time here. Pools - all superb and fantastic for the kids. We situated ourselves at the pool with the bridge as this seemed to be the main hub of activity, with music and water aerobics etc during the day. We would then walk over the bridge to the water park at lunch time, where the kids loved the slides and small water playground. There is also another pool which seemed more for adults, with louder dance music. Bars and Queues- this is one thing we were apprehensive about, however we never had an issue. There are numerous bars and even at the busiest times, the longest wait was 5 mins. Spirits aren't branded, and the beer is Efes (probably not) but this seems to be standard for many all inclusive hotels. Bar staff work their socks off, and we had a laugh with them all, resulting in shots and stronger measures. Beach - the pier was a pleasant change, with access to the sea from some steps which are quite slippy. If swimming in the sea from the beach I would recommend going in slightly to the right of the pier as it's quite rocky elsewhere. Watersports are available on the far left of the beach and a good laugh. They also film it using a drone which they then try to sell you afterwards. Watersports bookable next to the water slide pool. Staff - all superb! They work their socks off and if you have a bit of a laugh with them and are polite then you'll get looked after. The amount of people we saw just not saying 'please' or 'thank you' was embarrassing. A 'hello' or 'thank you' in always goes down well, or learn some little Turkish phrases! A favourite of ours was Mustafa at the beach bar on an evening and Turker on the reception bar. Always decent measures and high 5s all round! Food - absolutely spoilt for choice on this front. We went for tea early before getting ready to go out and we avoided any large queues. The food hall can be warm, but if you get in the blue or green room then it's air conditioned and fine. Breakfast was our least favourite time as they didn't seem to cater as much for English, however the choice was vast and we always found something. Cereals, croissants, pancakes, omelettes. We heard people moaning about chips being on offer and there being 'no bacon'. This is Turkey, not Benidorm or Blackpool. If you want a fry up everyday then this place isn't for you. The snack bars near the water slides at lunch time were great

The hotel itself and grounds were good, they had enough pools and deck chairs to cater for the amount of people, drinks were served in a timely manner. Food.. there was a lot of food but nothing has flavour. The room was great, air con worked like a treat and the bath, shower and toilet worked flawlessly. Staff friendly enough. Being August the hotel was packed and we found it fairly okay nothing serious like others have said about pushing in and that, but if you’re a timid sort of person then you’ll be easily frightened. We also found there was surprisingly more English speaking guests than other languages so people saying the hotel mostly caters for Russians is false for sure One down side to the place is the cups and plates, every plastic cup looked so dirty and some even had residue of whatever was inside it before, plastic doesn’t clean as well as clean in a dishwasher as glass is none stick. This led to my son getting sick first then myself and my wife and daughter next. I understand it’s such a busy environment but when it comes to food and drink hygiene needs to be a priority.

The Hotel is beautiful, our room had a rubbish view from balcony however, in whole it is extremely clean, maids cleaned our room daily, restocked fridge and also left nice towel art, Aircon in rooms is great. The kids entertainment team are fantastic, all the team were great with our daughter & son, made them feel very welcome. Massive choice of pools, small and big! The onsite slides are good fun and you can be on and off them quickly! The choice of food is good, food is available almost 24 hours a day which is great & you are never far away from a water fridge. Lovely views from the beach restaurants. Bad: not enough bars, don’t speak very good English & most shows etc we didn’t really understand what they was saying before and.. (English) the food hall is chaos and the choice of food isn’t the best, it’s very repetitive but it is expected as most all inclusive are! Some of the staff can come across as rude but I would say only a handful.

I liked the hotel, clean rooms, delicious food, lot of activities and fun. Hotel is very big and there is a mini club for kids. Everywhere are much food)))) stuff is very friendly and helped for all questions thanks them much))) we recommend)
