Gold Island Selected Hotel

We have arrived end of March we were treated like royalty! Food was amazing everyday fresh and lots of choices, fresh snack with drinks you feel like you are in a restaurant with nice service. Rooms are very big clean and daily attended by cleaners, mini bar every day stalked. Cocktail bar in the lobby very nice and buzzing with good vibes. Reception teams are very helpful and so friendly Omer Karauzum he was really good very helpful and also Elif from Gust relations she is very very bubbly so friendly and helpful she makes sure you are happy with everything. From snack team Berke he is another super star he is one of the top waiter there who looks after everyone with respect .

Wonderful stay at Gold Island Mondo! The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the staff is exceptional — from the cleaning ladies to the waitresses, and also the people working at the pool and the beach. Everyone is kind, helpful and smiling. Everything went really well and we had a great family time. Small downside: at the restaurant/snack area, some of the chefs or managers were a bit arrogant, and I found the rules were not applied fairly — I was told I couldn’t bring a plate to my room, while I saw other guests doing it without any problem. Aside from that, everything was great, and I truly recommend this hotel! Thank you to the whole team for this beautiful stay. ❤️

This hotel is amazing, we had the swim up room with sea view and it was stunning and peaceful, scan the qr code on the parasol and order your drinks and a few mins later the waiter turns up on roller blades with your drink. The pool area is always busy and you will struggle to get a sunbed if your not up early enough. The beach area is also busy but you will find a sunbed, this area is like a secluded cove with clam water as its sheltered by a small stone pier a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sun with the added extra of dipping on the clear sea with the odd fish swimming by. The first thing you notice about this hotel is that it's a big white dome and at night it's covered in lights looks amazing at night .. inside is just as beautiful with plush carpets and comfy seats and sofas to sit and chill all with a waiter service or you can go to the bar if you prefer. The staff are amazing always very polite and can't do enough for you. There are lots of food available to cover everyone's taste and its always presented perfect and fresh with many hot items to choose from to. Entertainment every night always different was also good Only stayed here for 1 week but I could quite easy have stayed a lot longer .. beautiful place whether you choose the hotel or the peace and tranquility of the swim up rooms with a sea view you will enjoy your stay at this amazing hotel. Thank you for making my holiday perfect I will be back soon. Word of warning ... stay away from the guy selling gold ..he will arrange for you to be taken to the larger shop 30 mins away free of charge in the big bazaar where you will be sold gold at ridiculous prices I bought a ring for £755 only to find out its worth nowhere near that ..my stupid fault . Ald jewellery is the name .. Read there reviews before you decide to go I wish I had they are terrible.. oh and the only receipt you'll have is from the card machine and you wont walk out the shop with your gold they say it has to be made .. they don't give you a receipt with the shop name on it .. just be aware as it could spoil your holiday

I booked my holiday from the UK through Thomas Cook and my relatives, arriving from Russia, booked separately in the same hotel but a different building. We were excited to spend our vacation together, but instead, we were treated like strangers. At dinner, we were rudely stopped at the restaurant entrance. I was told I couldn’t eat with my brother’s family because they were staying in a different building — and vice versa. They were literally removed from my restaurant, and I was pushed out of theirs. One evening, they almost took the plate out of my brother’s hands. This rule was never mentioned during booking, check-in, or anywhere on the website. When I asked to see it in writing, no one could provide anything. It felt made-up and enforced with zero professionalism or flexibility. To make matters worse, staff barely speak English, which made trying to resolve the issue frustrating and completely ineffective. We booked this hotel to be together, not separated like we’re from rival camps. I will be formally complaining to my travel agency, and I strongly recommend others avoid this hotel if you’re traveling with family staying in different parts of the property.
