Long Beach Alanya - Ultra All Inclusive

I have stayed at the Long Beach Hotel many times, with friends and family. Always my favorite ❤️ I enjoy every moment and the service that the hotel and its team can offer, from the restaurant to the management. The lovely cleaners are child-friendly, and the administrator Tolga is very attentive. He always notices the small nuances and details, always ready to help and find the best solutions for the guest. I have always felt welcome and special. The true value is created by the feeling with which the guest leaves.

Long Beach Hotel’s is a truly wonderful experience. Their quality, comfort of things, and respect to each and everyone is fantastic. This is my 3rd time in Long Beach in the period of 10 years. And it’s still by heart one of my favourite places. The workers are on their “top game” will make sure you are cared for - it’s a place for any age! It’s a true luxury being there and I highly advise anyone to experience it! :)

Been a great experience, hotel/room great, lovely staff, just would like more variety of food but think this was due to the time we came! We liked the pools some of them were heated. The hotel had in evening shows it was great. We would recommend this hotel but next time in the summer season.

We enjoyed the stay in long beach. We were here with a family of 4. The aquamarine was great and warmed. The first few days our airco in room was broken but the hotel changed us a room so that's good. The food was not the best but it was okay. The service was okay. I would recommend long beach for a nice holiday

They put 3 adults and 1 child in a room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. 1 toilet and 1 shower to share between 4 of us. It would of still not been big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. They said if we pay extra we can have a separated room but still only 1 shower and toilet to share between 4 of us. How they expect 3 adults to share a room my parents me and my son is a joke and single beds. Only had 2 chairs on the balcony, 2 towels. 2 cups. The single bed is not big enough for a adult. No privacy at all and cueing for the toilet and shower. Any other 5 star hotel that have the al a cart restaurants have always been free but at this hotel you had to pay extra. The rep for jet2 was useless. I think they was busy during the school holidays so they put rammed us into a 2 bedroom room to save them money as we paid alot of money for the holiday. The views and entertainment was top notch but rooms were appalling. Really busy hotel, no health and safety on the water slides and one got closed down as somebody was hurt.

A mixed bag! Various pros and cons Book a private transfer! It only took us 1.5 hrs from the airport instead of 3ish Rooms: we booked a pool access room, the the bridge down to a pool specifically for these rooms. I highly recommend this. We had a big balcony and our own loungers and a much less busy, chilled pool. Hair dryers are rubbish (the ones connected to the wall, with a really short spiral lead), our shower flooded the room a dig took several days to sort it. Pools: loads of pools to choose from, those on the beach side are very busy and loungers are crammed in. Hotel side are definitely better, less busy, and there are always free loungers. Food: this was a major negative. Nothing is properly labelled, so if you have an allergy it's a nightmare. The buffet food was often old. Breakfast was decent, kids loved the pancakes and waffles, loads of types of bread etc. Don't bother with the Al La Carte. We got a free one with our red wrist bands, we chose Mexican - it was basically a conveyor belt of pre plated up dishes, synthetic sauces on nachos, meat etc - I'm so glad we didn't pay! Snack bar lunches are OK - but I was disappointed by the polystyrene plates, not very environmentally friendly, dinner was pretty poor. The wine is awful! The restaurants for dinner really lack an ice cream freezer, you often don't want a fancy dessert (which were mostly tasteless), especially kids, just provide a ice-cream freezer! If you can access the villa restaurant - it's a much more pleasant experience. However I noticed that as a single female parent, I was often ignored for drinks orders over families with a male adult member. Activities: the kids loved the beach volleyball and football sessions. Warersports are very expensive and the staff are rude. Staff: the majority of the staff were lovely, particularly the reception staff in the B block. Hotel info app: rubbish! In this day and age it should be an interactive app with accurate, live information. Several days actives didn't happen, changes to schedules or the gym was closed with no prior warning! Very annoying. This is not a 5 star hotel, far from it! A week is definitely enough.
