This isn’t a five stars hotel, this isn’t a resort, this is a budget hotel sold as a five-stars inclusive ultra all inclusive resort. Pure scam. The rooms, food, facilities and services are exactly those of a 3 stars, i may add " a bad 3 stars" Do not come with kids to this place: Except for the water sliders, the other options, which are limited, aren’t included = you have to pay. For kids, even popcorn and sugar candy nearby the show stage aren't included and the prices were in euros. The only part which may suit for kids is the beach: sandy. Apart from that, don’t consider it an option for your holidays. The place is barely a three-stars with dated, small rooms. Noise isolation is a problem, and based on the limited area it occupies, all the rooms face a different type of noise: the road, the small “zoo” with its occupants, the extractors from the canteen, the music from the shows of the place and nearby resorts. Talking of which, note there are nearby options by the same price, or lower prices: Gold Island, Lonicera, Alaiye Resort just to mention two which I compared rates to and to my surprise this rotten place is more expensive. Nonsense In our room, for example, we have a leak from the sink (room 2313), which was reported 30 minutes after we checked in. Two days passed by and we were told someone would come. The third day we were told “The plumber fixed it” and , guess what… the same water under the sink, and near the toilet so our feet were always wet. No fixing, no nothing and at the reception they take note, as if to do something.. They dont care! You already paid...Whatever… Room service isn’t the best either: for three days the balcony and the corner with the single room was not touched by the maid. Mold in the bathroom, and a really annoying, whining sound after flushing will be heard every time you use your toilet. The canteen - don’t dare to think there is a restaurant, is huge and yes food isn’t the problem. You’d get always something to eat. Don’t expect exquisite food or taste. Super standard food. The problem is the crowds and to get a table to “enjoy” your meals. Important notice, in case you decide to wait then you'll seat in dirty tables and no clean cutlery available. Disgusting, frustrating and shows the ultra all inclusive amenities you'd get. I got the impression that these people came just to eat. Waiters take their time to take away dirt plates from the freed tables, furthermore the cleanliness of the tables and floors isn’t the one you’d expect for. The best time to have lunch around 13:30, one our after the starving low class guests have fought their way throughout the available food. Dinner by 19:45-20:00. Same story as for breakfast. People start to gather by the entrance around 18:30. If you are expecting a wide range of fruits, I am sorry to disappoint you, only watermelon and apples; a couple of days after our arrival they offered apricots and oranges. Our stay at Hotel Armas Green Fugla was truly unforgettable, thanks to the amazing animation team! A huge shoutout to Rio – the heart of every activity and a fantastic motivator, Bibigul – kind, sweet, creative, and simply wonderful with the little ones, Ozzy – full of charm and energy, always making everyone smile, Irina – engaging, cheerful, and Maxim – a real burst of positive energy throughout the day. From morning games to evening shows, they kept the kids and adults entertained, engaged, and always smiling. A big thank you to all the hotel staff — you are an amazing team!

We have just came back from this hotel after a lovely week away. We had a great time , the hotel is literally on a sandy beach. You get free sun beds on the beach, they go quickly but there is plenty of them. The hotel isn’t huge which is why we chose the Armas, we don’t like huge hotels that get to busy. The hotel is very clean and well kept , the grounds are lovely and relaxing to sit around. The pools are a nice size but they was quite cold when we went so we stuck to the beach. The rooms are basic but do the job, they have all you need but if you was a big family then you might struggle for space. In the room was a fridge and a safe , lovely little balcony with chairs and a small airer. The bed was very firm , as was the pillows but it was comfy and we got use to it. We asked for extra blankets , they was brought to us within 10 minutes. House keeper came everyday , lovely lady. Restaurant has lots of food options, was always well stocked. Wasn’t really our type of food but we always found something to eat , we are just fussy! The food was lovely and well prepared. Plenty of cakes, rolls, for dessert. There is tea available all day , only problem for us was there is no milk! They don’t have milk in their tea so we had tea with milk in the morning and that was all. Plenty of juice on tap all day , fizzy and alcoholic drinks. Plenty of lovely cocktails, lovely bar staff. All the staff was really nice , we had a few favourites who looked after us :) The entertainment is on quite late and very loud but this didn’t bother us and we enjoyed watching it from our room and balcony. The hotel is close to the shops , just a few minutes walk away. We found the people at these shops wasn’t that pushy so was nice to walk around. Bus stop outside and the buses will literally stop where ever you want them too. Not many people spoke English at the hotel including reception so communication and trying to find out some information was a bit difficult. Russians! This is pretty much a Russian hotel now , we was the only English there. Russians aren’t the most friendliest of people and do insist on pushing in. This didn’t bother us tho, we quite enjoyed being the only English there. Staff miss the English tourists so they was so happy to see us and really looked after us. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely go back. I would recommend this hotel and don’t be put of but the Russians, staff looked after us well.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff made sure the towels were changed daily, which was a nice touch. The beach was just steps away from the hotel and accessible even late at night if you're in the mood for a refreshing swim. Showers were conveniently located right next to the beach. There was different entertainment every evening, which kept things lively, and it’s an excellent choice for families with kids—there are several activities for children every day, which really helped keep them entertained. There was also a charming mini zoo with geese, ducks, various other birds, and a few rabbits. Our kid loved feeding the geese, while the adults could relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and dessert from the mini café right next to it. That being said, while the hotel is perfect for families, those looking to party all night might want to explore entertainment options in the surrounding area. The food was good, with a wide enough variety to suit every taste, and the bar had a decent selection of free cocktails. A special mention goes to the staff, who were always helpful and accommodating, even when minor language barriers arose. The bartender, Umut, in particular, had great energy and was friendly, always maintaining a positive attitude when handling our countless requests. All in all, we had a fantastic time and would definitely consider returning again!
