We had a lovely holiday here and would love to visit again. It wasn't perfect but what is these days. The staff were absolutely fantastic especially memet in the cocktail bar, coco was hilarious and the you lad around the pool with curly hair was a star, the girls loved him. The food wasn't fantastic but there was always something to eat. People say food is cold, yeh at the end of service it does get colder but at the beginning of service, no problem. I broke a toe falling down a flight of stairs on the islands water park, please take care because these accidents do happen, even when you try take care. Spent the day in alanya hospital who were very fast but just wanted u in and out asap. Be aware they ask for up front charges. They quoted me £1900 euros to put my toe back in place. I refused to pay it because I simply couldn't! After a number of calls to the insurance company they agreed to sort it between themselves afterwards. Worth getting up early to visit the beach for sunrise, beautiful it is. We stuck to the small pool which was fab and a bit quieter than the bigger one. We had a swim up rooms. The girls loved it and the room was faultless 10/10 for that. It's a very clean hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you once again to the staff mentioned, you arrive as guests and leave as friends.

First of all the hotel is excellent the hotel staff is very attentive the teamworks wellness together the room clearing is very good the service staff is attentive I would espcially like to thank emre, can,nusret,daleko who worked at the cocktail bar for helping us during our holiday amazinggg

We were upgraded from Eftalia Village Hotel and it was a great move. The rooms were spacious, immaculate and well furnished. We had a family suit with two rooms and two balconies. The cleaners were attentive and we even had swans left on our bed in towels one day. The pool was big enough for all of the guests and the island where we could access slides and more food included was full of things to do. We enjoyed using the Al a carte (we had chose the fish restaurant) the sea bream was delightful. We enjoyed the turkish baths in house and the bonus was the kids went free, 2 hours of bliss. The gym was small but enough equipment to keep you going if you really want to work out on holiday. Plenty of arranged activities through the day for adults and children alike. I personally enjoyed the water gym, however water polo was played in the afternoons which looked like great fun. Plenty of evening entertainment as well both in the hotel amd on the island, never short of so.ething to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again.

i highly recommend this hotel especially for the staff they are so friendly and are so good with the kids! there was one member of staff that stood out he was brilliant and my daughter absolutely loves him! Coco goes above and beyond for everyone there and absolutely lights up the day with his pool aerobics! everyone needs a coco in their life we love him!!

It was our first visit to the hotel and we were very pleased. We were also amazed by the attention of the staff, especially Ms. Iremsu from guest relations, she always took care of us and spared her time for us. The food was delicious and the chef had great attention. The hotel was very clean. We will come again next year

Amazing time, would come again, enjoyed every day of the holiday Darts with umut was fun plus FREE cocktails yay. Would recommend to friends and family nice area, great food alot of variety. Great choice for a holiday either on your own or with family.
