What an amazing place!!! It was really sad leaving. Everything was super nice, the staff is really friendly, great facilities, this place is like heaven you never wanna leave. I wish we came for longer to really experience everything this resort has to offer. Highly recommend this and I am definitely coming back. Thank you everyone for making our trip truly special! 🫶🏽

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Brilliant facilities, helpful staff. High standard of hygiene. Food, although similar on most days, the sheer variety was incredible and delicious. There was the main restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but also pool snack bar and beach snack bar for lunch. Fresh burgers, steaks, donner, doughnuts, and waffles, to name just a few. Midnight and late night snacks are available, too. Ice cream on tap all day. One criticism is the number of flies during food times. Great outdoor pool, 1.4m depth, so younger kids may require a float. Kids pool area also available with slides, etc. The main slides are also super fun. However, they definitely need more of the ring dingy's. Indoor pool is also available. Infinity pool is nothing special, although a good shout if you want to get away from children. There are plenty of sunbeds. However, the majority are reserved by 8 am. Superb entertainment team. Selection of non alcoholic drinks was fab for us. Also, the slush and iced coffee were immense. Mickey Mouse drink was our kids' favourite Beach part of the hotel, again faultless. Seher from guest relations and Ece at reception were both super helpful. Nova bazaar 100 metres away, good for shopping. Spa staff really try the hard sell. Although, wife did have a massage on the last day, which was one of the best she's had. Lifts can take a while during busy periods. Rooms poolside are noisy. However, music usually stops by 11pm. Did get a few mosquito bites. Recommend taking insect repellant. Haydarpasha Palace. A truly ultra-inclusive experience. Türkler, Türkleri Mah Arabi Camii closest mosque for daily and Friday prayers. 12 minute walk.

We have just stayed a 7 night stay here and I won't lie I was a little anxious after the reviews however this hotel met our expectations and more. The staff, food, pools everything has just been fantastic. The pools are absolutely fine!! Its been well in its 30's some days 40's so a cooler pool has been inviting for all of us even our children who have spent all day every day in the main pools. The activities during the day are so well organized and fun. The food, well the food there is SO much of it. Yes most days there is the same but you don't have to get the same things in your plate every day. I have fussy children and I would say if anything they struggled at breakfast but still happy with pancakes, Nutella, coisaints. The pool snack bar for lunch is the best!! Loved making my own pasta salad with the pasta, salad and fresh meats. Pizza (plain and pepperoni available!). Our family holiday was made extra special with M Kula - he was always so welcoming, helpful and just greeted always with a friendly smile. My son's who are 9 really really liked him! All other staff especially the entertainment staff were great, my kids loved playing darts the water activities and riffle shooting! This is our first time in Turkey and this hotel and it definitely won't be the last - see you all soon!

The hotel is very beautiful even off season. Food at the buffet is good, no complaints. The hotel staff is often very rude without any reason. Some of them surprisingly so. They all seem stressed and scared of the management. There are exceptions though! Waitresses at the restaurant seem chill, and also Mustafa bartending is great with customers. Theres also a girl working in the lobby bar and she is always smiling and happy. We went to the spa to get massages, and no complaints. It was relaxing and great, definitely worth the money. Room cleaning isnt really happening, but it dont bother us because itse only 1 week. So i would give 4/5*
