Well located in the centre of town, let down by shockingly poor staff (of whom there are too few). Check in was initially OK, but there was a problem with the plumbing in the room so a new room was requested - no apology, just a slightly grumpy offer of a replacement. The key to the new room didn't work. so yet another trip to reception (and yet another wait behind other guests checking in). Again, no explanation, no apology, just a rather slowly produced new key. New key a to a DOWNGRADED room - from a double to a twin. Later - but only around 21:00 - my colleagues and I returned from dinner (they don't provide evening meals) to find the entire reception/bar/breakfast floor completely deserted. Not a living sole anywhere. We wating, then we rang the bell, waiting a little longer, rang the bell again. Eventually, having explored the entire floor including the kitchens, I rang the number at reception - which necessitated an expensive call from my non-Belgian mobile. Nothing - just a recorded message and music-on-hold. Having tried that a second time, we just helped ourselves behind the bar and left a note of what we drank. As we were finishing our drinks, a receptionist finally turned up and just told us there had been an emergency so she had to leave - said we should have just waited for her. Again no apology. Although we have a corporate rate, there's no way I would stay again.

The hotel is located in the center of Turnhout. There is a public underground parking nearby, for a reasonable price. Reception is at the first floor, nearby the restaurant. We had a standard room which was OK. Only the view was rather poor. The room itself is clean and spacious. Bathroom is nice as well. Beds are good quality. There is a small wellness area in the hotel

Rooms are super big, suitable for long holiday, enough storage for personal belongings. I'll definitely go back. It's located in a shopping plaza, for your shopping pleasures, safe car parking.👌👌👌👌

We stayed here as part of a group tour for the Grasspop Festival. The hotel has recently been refurbished. Breakfast was lovely The staff were great The rooms good, good beds, shower and everything you could need

From start to end a very good experience. Cava at breakfast need I say more?? Perfect location (Hert) fantastic beds and so on and so on. It is obviously a new hotel which adds to the quality, parking like a dream so all perfect. I will be back, thank you team!

The management of this hotel has forgotten what hospitality is all about. You have to be out by 10:00 whereas nearly every other hotel has 11:00. You are told on no uncertain terms that if the rain comes in the window you will he held liable. But worst of all, breakfast costs over 22 euros per person but they serve NO BOILED EGGS and NO FRIED EGGS. Only scrambled egg out of a cardboard packet. Their website shows a photo of breakfast with a boiled egg. For an upmarket price like 22 euros, it is reasonable to expect at least some personal service. And every other hotel I have ever been to, serves at least a hard boiled egg. I feel really disappointed and won't be returning here ever.

Excellent when dining out in Hert which is a only 100 metres away. Nice rooms, very quiet, and great breakfast. No restaurant but nice ones in neighbourhood. Close to market place and church. Nice bar. Nice people at the reception. Very good beds.

Opened in 2019 but essentially still new, modern and in pristine condition. Room and bathroom as new too. No restaurant but breakfast buffet is provided. Fruit salad unnecessarily chilled and scrambled egg more like pellets and dry, however breakfast ok. Located a few steps away from the town centre square populated with many restaurants sometimes open. Nice and quiet and beds comfortable. Will return
