A very nice and clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our booking didn't come with breakfast but the staff was very nice to offer us complimentary breakfast for 2 days.

Good value for money and suitable for those with own transport. The location little bit far from town centre and main attraction.

Very friendly, helpful and responsive people at the reception. Spacious room with separate shower and toilet. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Daily cleaning service kept the room perfect. Breakfast is ok but should need a bigger coffee machine. All in all a very good hotel.

Wonderful hotel and experience. Upon arrival, we had been upgraded to a business suite which was incredibly large and spacious! The room was extremely comfortable and the mattress was so comfortable, it was some of the best nights of sleeping we had while traveling. The location is excellent- easy walk to the museums and markets. It’s around a 25 minute drive to the train station, less than 10 min to the Karaz museum…. Out front of the hotel fruit vendors set up in the evening and the fruit is absolutely delicious! They also have a washer/ dryer set so you can do laundry which was a huge bonus.

Great location and excellent service by the front desk lady and our rooms have been kept really clean everyday by housekeeping lady on 10th floor. Breakfast was ok, could be better if the cooked food was less oily and salty. Coffee machine at the restaurant didn’t work half of the time. Apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. One of the best we’ve stayed at this price range in China. Keep it up. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very conveniently located. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was a Chinese breakfast.

Excellent service, clean and well maintained rooms and very efficient and helpful staff. Definitely the hotel I would recommend in Turpan to anyone who is looking to visit. Great experience all around!

非常友好的一家酒店，服務，設施各方面都很便利。房間內的加濕器，床頭燈的設計也都很方便實用。酒店會把一些水，茶，紙巾，一次性拖鞋等易消耗品放在樓層電梯出門處，方便客人取用。停車也很方便，指示都很清楚。退房時還會贈水供路上飲用。出行路上的好選擇。
