What can I say the best hotel for staff and cleanliness sea view room my husband really enjoyed all the food there was always plenty of choice and variety I am more of a fussy eater but I always found plenty to eat the staff couldn't do enough for you and when I got bit on a vein in the sea the doctor was waiting for me in reception the lifeguard sorted it until I got to reception the customer relations lady was wonderful and so was the doctor he managed to stop it bleeding before the ambulance came and I received a bowl of fruit and a get well wish in fact it was so good we are going back next year and Turunc is beautiful as its always been

We spent nearly a week at the Turunc Premium Hotel on our first visit to Turkey, and it exceeded all our expectations. The entire experience was simply wonderful. The hotel offers spacious, well-appointed rooms, a fantastic variety of delicious food, and excellent options for swimming—whether in the beautiful pool or directly in the sea. The spa experience was a highlight, too; we enjoyed a luxurious couples massage package with a foam bath that left us feeling completely relaxed. A special thanks to Inna from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. Her expert recommendations for exploring Turunc and Marmaris added so much to our trip. We truly felt taken care of and can’t wait to return!

This is a lovely, clean and accessible hotel. The staff cannot to more for you. Pool is nice as is poolside. Bars and restaurant is v good but food just a little repetitive. Plenty of great restaurants within 1 mins walk. Even more no more than 5 mins. Weather in October is hot - hit 29 this week. All round 9.5/10

This was our first time in Turkey, and we were amazed by the country’s beauty. The hotel staff were outstanding—very polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel itself was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. However, when it came to food, we found it repetitive. We ended up eating the same meals every day for six days, which became tiring. The variety of fruits was limited, though the soups were delicious. Unfortunately, the cocktails and mocktails weren’t great, so we went out most evenings for drinks. We discovered a wonderful place nearby, the Uptown Pub, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, where we enjoyed great live music. We also noticed a split in the guests: the pool area was mostly British, while the beach had more Russian visitors. This worked out well for us. However, the beach itself was crowded, and people didn’t respect personal space, putting their sunbeds everywhere the sun reached. This made it uncomfortable at times and left little room to walk to the sea or back to the hotel. Shops were conveniently located along the beachfront, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel’s entertainment was disappointing, both during the day and at night, with events ending around 10:30 PM. Turunc, the town we stayed in, was beautiful, offering stunning views, but it’s far from the airport. The mountain roads leading to it were quite scary, especially if you’re not used to such terrain. On the day we flew back, we booked a TUI trip that included a mud bath and a visit to a stunning beach where we saw large turtles. This turned out to be the best day of our holiday. The package included lunch, plus a hotel pickup and drop-off to the airport, allowing us to relax, shower, and eat before heading home. Overall, Turunc is a beautiful town with breathtaking views and amazing staff, but its distance from the airport and limited food variety were downsides for us.

We had an incredibly great stay, the staff here is super friendly and caters to requests. The cleaning team is also great at their job. The lovely Iklim, who is responsible for entertainment, does a great job and is really friendly too. There is a performance every evening with dancing and great music and great shows. There is also a lot for the children, from dancing to splashing around in the pool. The beach is less than 10 steps from the hotel and is really nice and clean. Shopping opportunities are also only a 10 minute walk away There are also many restaurants available if you can't get enough of their food.
