Bel Air Motor Hotel

worst hotel ever littarly !!! the lady and her husband thats r always in the front desk are very rude they willl not listen to you ,for example (the room they gave us was really small and all the way in the back it had such a strong nasty smell of ciggarets mixed with something dead or something no joke and to top it all off the microwave was coveres with some brown liquid sticky stuff and 2 ciggaret butts in side it and let me remind you they got a sign of no smoking or no pets or u will b charged a 250 fee ...they treat us as if they don t like us and give us the most damage dirties room they have .this is coming from someone thats been there many times ,so im stating facts .trust and bealive we r not the ones who like to complain me nd my bf really dont like to bother people we always have our own sheets nd blankets so we rarly even bother the maid everytime we stay at hotels .BUt honestly its like they have something against us and i have no idea why wen all we have done isBEEN NOTHING BUT loyal customers 2 them only reason why we havent moved is cus my husband job is close by and we r nothing but nice and never have been rude to them .its filled with cocoroaches dirty in alll the cabnets ive open .the bathroom is reallly nasty gets clogged everytime we use it for no reason nd we have been asking for a fridge for the last 3 days we have been here becouse we have no fridge in our room and they told my husband to get it in the back we cheked the back and theres trashh all over the ground the 2 small fridges had old wet food in it nd it was a nasty rotten fungist rusty fridge ,they had the nerve to tell him to clean it ourself nd to clean the mess in our back yard . and let me remind you they have NEW REMODLED ROOMS but they wont give us one of those !their excuse it ( oh those r only for people who r here for one nighters only im sorry ) i dont know what to do anymore !we r going to have to move thats the only thing i can think about
