Hotel Mellain

Here it is. I found the worst place of hospitality in the world. Nothing works, no hot shower, no AC, dirty room, no restaurant in the hotel, sauna comes with extra charge, ao does the parking. Staff untrained and can't speak English. Manager completely clueless about customer service and hospitality practices. Stay away from this place, do yourself a favor.

I made the booking from overseas for my mum and her friend. Booking was for president apartment, massage and dinner. The ladies loved the hotel especially the swimming pool and were so impressed how clean the rooms and hotel was. Very helpful and friendly staff. My communication was with a very helpful girl by name Selma who reply to all my emails instantly with loads of information. Nothing was hard and nothing was a problem and everything I asked for was delivered. Please note: if you are booking from overseas there is only one way of making the payment by direct bank deposit. I have read the feedback from the hotel in regards to this issue and it seems it is out of their control due to new law in Bosnia and credit card payments not possible if person is not physically present. Very nice touch by hotel with welcome and happy birthday card, some fruit and bottle of coka cola for each lady. The dinner menu with 4 meal options looked fantastic. My mum hasn't stop talking how much she loved her stay.
