Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort recensioner

We absolutely loved our time and will most definitely book again. The breakfast buffet was great, with a wonderful variety on the menu.

This is the worst 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed! There are a lot of spiders and lizards in the room! Disgusting. The lake is blocked by the trees, not actually a real lake view! The hotel building looks like an old prison at night. The front desk staff looks sleepy and irresponsible. Totally not worth $250 a night, I would rather stay at a motel. I am feeling scammed.

Great family resort. The pool and lagoon are fantastic for the whole family. Highly recommended

Had an overall great stay. Disappointed they couldn’t move our friends room closer to us despite booking together. Food was expensive for average quality. Breakfast was good however. Would stay again

Very good hotel, it has good facilities with lots of in-house activities. The room is ok not very big compared to other family rooms we have been to, lots of options with water view or garden views. Nice breakfast choices.

The best for family staying, a nice pool, and a jacuzzi I had briefly dipped in. Unfortunately, we got there on a heavy rain fall day. Therefore, some water activity wasn't available. We can sit at our patio and spot on the kangaroos. It's a relaxing ambiance. My kids love spending time in a pool.

Great place to stay. Wonderful hospitality. The amenities and services are excellent and great for a weekend gate-away with friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The beds were a little hard for my liking. Nice to see some friendly kangaroos on the hotel grounds :)

Great resort for young families, with lots of activities at the resort and only a short walk across the road to a quiet patrolled beach

Nice pool! Breakfast variety decent

This venue literally saved our getaway! We were previously booked elsewhere which was a disaster and we left there early and booked into Twin Waters. When I rang to confirm the lady I spoke to was amazing and ensured we were in a great room right near the water and amenities. Everything about our room was perfect! We didn't need to leave the resort, with a pool, canoeing in the lagoon, beautiful gardens to wander, wildlife to appreciate and restaurant, Cafe and bar on site. Its also just across the road from the beach and there's a convenience store, etc just down the road. The service we experienced was excellent! The only inconvenience was not being able to pay cash at the bar or restaurant however we could pay cash at checkout. We highly recommend this venue and will definitely be back.

The bar should not close too early. There should be room service like food delivery to the room.
