Centara Ubon recensioner

The room was really nice and a good size for the price. Pool opens til 8pm, gym opens 24hr is a plus. Cleaning could be a little bit better. Location is convenient.

I stayed for 10 nights, I wasn’t pay attention of the cleaness at the first day that I stay but somehow after 3 days, I sneezed non-stop, got some redness on my arms so I look into the room and found out that they didn’t clean under the bed for ages, it is so dusty. I did reported hotel and they did clean all. ฉันพักที่นี่ 10 คืน วันแรกที่เข้าพักฉันไม่ได้ใส่ใจเรื่องความสะอาดเลย แต่พอผ่านไป 3 วัน ฉันจามไม่หยุดเลย แขนแดงเลยมองเข้าไปในห้องแล้วพบว่าใต้เตียงไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดมานานมากแล้ว ฝุ่นเกาะเต็มไปหมด ฉันแจ้งโรงแรมไปแล้ว และพวกเขาก็ทำความสะอาดให้หมด

Front staff should more empathy to customer when they need help. I’m in trouble with the mistaken some process during Trip.com to booked my wrong room type. Instead of helping me fix the issue or finding solution, but the lady at front counter who take responsibility for guest check-in ask me to contact the Trip’s agency by myself with no intention to help or trying to help, she treat me like its yours problem not the hotel. From my perspective, I reserved room via Trip.com and how can I know that Trip.com has the other agency to make the room reservation with the hotel, and how can I have to contact of those agency because the platform that I spent money is with Trip.com, Trip-agency-Centara hotel are the business partners, the hotel should know who make a transaction to reserve the room, isn’t it? Is it make sense that the hotel does not take any action and just let me contact with the agency by myself which is how can I know who they are?

Nicely furnish room, sizable and value for money... Tip top cleanliness and easy access to shopping amenities. Friendly staffs providing excellent service with a readily smiling face. Will surely recommend stay here...

Overall OK, but pool disappointing..enough for me not to go back. It was worse as it was a Friday evening with many young kids, in the pool and noisy ..

Hands down the most luxurious hotel in Ubon Ratchathani. Having stayed in many Centara properties, this boutique has to be one the best Centara has to offer; apart from the Centara Reserve family which is a league of their own. Its location is convenient being next to the biggest mall in town. Transportation via taxi from the airport was easy, it should take you no longer than 15 minutes. Breakfast was phenomenal, they brought in the best Vietnamese rice noodle place the city has to offer. The service was almost on par with 5-star hotels, minus the concierge part obviously. However, if you are traveling in group and would like to request the joining of rooms, please inform them in advance as they don’t fill the connecting rooms very efficiently… it is all over the place with different guests. I suppose it can be quite packed at times.

Fantastic stay at the centara hotel, beautiful room , comfortable bed and the staff are so helpful. Would definitely recommend and I will stay again later in the year .
