Wonderful experience in the most amazing property. This hotel stands out from other properties in the area because of the impeccable attention to detail and passion the owner has in it. Every single detail is well thought out and intentional. The service was amazing, the food was amazing, owners are warm and welcoming and genuinely friendly people. I felt like I was staying with a family, not just another guest at a hotel. I was only there two nights and it rained the only full day I was there. With an early morning flight I had to leave at 6am and would miss seeing the balloons. The transportation the hotel arranged was also amazing and he made several stops for me along the way to the airport to take pictures and see the balloons. I will absolutely be back and can't imagine looking to stay at any other property.

Wonderful Experience in a Great Character Hotel. Family owned and a part of the wonderful experience is the fact that the owners do everything possible to make your stay memorable. Very professional but also in a very familiar way. The rooms are very good in size and amenities and well decorated in a contemporary way. You can ask for room at cave or not. They have both options. The shower is great. And since it is winter the heating is perfect (radiant). Breakfast is traditional. And we had a great New Year’s Eve traditional dinner. Beautiful spaces inside and outside. Always great music. They really take care of you in style.

This hotel was like visiting your family’s home but in a luxury setting. The suites are beautiful rustic but modern with luxurious features such as heated tile floors, walk out showers, memory foam mattresses and more. The owners are warm and welcoming and made us feel so comfortable and at home. Breakfast in the morning was served with all home made and local ingredients that left us at the table for hours. I will miss this place until next time.

This hotel is very astonishing, the view, staff, facility and environment. Extremely pleasant with our stay, the owners were very friendly approaching our every needs. Offering a different experience while staying in the hotel and demonstrating the cultural environment and history. Knowing that if you stay in the hotel it is an experience all alone. Offering amazing views and star gazing, good food and hospitality, the rooms were clean and tidy. Knowing that the owner came from a background of managing high end franchise hotels showed while we were enjoying our stay in his fine hotel. Everything was up to our expectation and the standards were very high. My wife and I stayed in the cave suite it was a new and unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend visiting this hotel as we are excited to come back and try the other rooms for a different experience.

It's a great establishment. The employees and owners are very cheerful. It's very comfortable and I highly recommend it to everyone. The rooms are very clean and spacious.
