Rupis Resort near Udaipur Airport

Horrible place to stay, especially when staying with our family ladies, as there’s no absolute social security at all. I had the nightmare of my stay, since a drunkard, whether an inmate / co-guest or a paid goonda that i didn’t know, who came and knocked our room’s door in the night and entered vehemently and pulled our ladies out assaulting them, with a view to harass / molest e the ladies and then we yelled, but no one came for our rescue, thanks to dabok police personnel, who are nearby and rushed to our resort / room in no time and helped us. I could neither find a new a hotel in the late night, nor could sleep at my room through night. It’s such a nightmare that no other guests should invite through this rupis resort and must have some guts to stay in.

The ambiance of the resort & room interior is good & spacious. Restroom fittings are rusted and shall be replaced. I have not tried restaurant food. So i can't comment. Staffs are good.

Despite its promising exterior, the lackluster hospitality, subpar food, and absence of CCTV cameras throughout the premises were major drawbacks. One of the primary concerns during my stay was the indifferent attitude displayed by the hotel staff. I felt a distinct lack of warmth and genuine hospitality from the moment I checked in. Requests for assistance were met with a noticeable disinterest, and it was evident that the staff lacked the enthusiasm to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The culinary offerings at Rupis Resort were another source of disappointment. The food quality was substandard, with limited options and a noticeable lack of attention to detail. The dining experience failed to meet even basic expectations, making each meal a forgettable affair. Equally concerning was the absence of CCTV cameras throughout the premises. In an era where security is paramount, the hotel's failure to implement basic surveillance measures left me feeling uneasy. This lack of security features not only compromised the safety of guests but also raised questions about the hotel's commitment to providing a secure environment. The most distressing incident during my stay was the inadequate response from the staff when a fellow guest misbehaved towards my family. Despite bringing the issue to their attention, the staff exhibited a concerning lack of urgency in addressing the matter. The gravity of the situation was downplayed, and there was a noticeable failure to provide the necessary support and intervention. In conclusion, my experience at Rupis Resort was marred by a combination of indifferent hospitality, substandard food, the absence of CCTV cameras, and a lack of proper support when faced with a security incident. I would caution potential guests to carefully consider these factors before choosing this hotel for their stay.

I was there with my family and i celebrated my daughter's birthday there. Food was very tasty and staff was very helpful and prompt. Special thanks to Mr Bhawani Singh for warm welcome and great hospitality. See you soon guys.

Very dirty rooms full of insects, room with bad odour, dirty towel. Its not worth being called as a resort it is as good as a lodge.

Neat and clean rooms and very helpful staff. The maintenance, however, could be better. Same goes for staff training. They are very sweet and helpful, but could be better trained to keep up with the hospitality industry. All in al, the stay was good and hassle free.
