Our stay at The Leela Palace Udaipur was absolutely unforgettable. The service was truly exceptional, our butler Neha went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and her warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. The palace itself is stunning, set against the backdrop of Lake Pichola with breathtaking views of the City Palace and Aravalli Hills. The location couldn’t be more perfect, serene, scenic, and just a short boat ride from the city. We loved the food, every meal was a beautifully crafted experience with a mix of traditional Rajasthani flavors and global cuisine. The hotel’s dining options, especially Sheesh Mahal and The Dining Room, were standouts. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious spa and infinity pool to the curated cultural performances in the evenings. Every part of our stay felt thoughtfully designed to reflect the rich heritage of Udaipur while offering all the comforts of modern luxury. Will definitely be coming back again, thank you to the entire team, especially Neha, for making our time at The Leela Palace so special!

This hotel is exceptional, as can be seen from other reviews. The experience starts with a gentle nosey crossing from the hotel jetty to the entrance, where a team of staff welcomed us, with musicians and a cascade of rose petals. That is followed up with a delicious warning hot chocolate served by our butler Suzane, who started with us for our entire stay, and coped with our questions and requests whatever the time we asked. My husband got sick during our stay, just a cold, but Suzane and the whole staff team helped him be as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the hotel very much. Our room was beautiful with a view of the sunrise over the lake. Channu our housekeeper made sure we were spotless and very comfortable. Meals in the Dining Room were fun and delicious thanks to Amit and Lokendra and many others. Everyone is trained to provide impeccable service, but they are also naturally thoughtful and anticipate your every want while remaining human and sharing jokes and stories when appropriate, as well as recommendations for a sore throat.. Had lunch at The Dining Room, was the most delightful experience, got picked up by a boat and was welcomed by Rose shower and champagne and delicious hot chocolate for kids, the lunch by Chef Deepak was outstanding and the service was Just perfect! Overall the hotel, atmosphere, cleanliness, taste of food, every single aspect was just a touch of class!

Our stay at The Leela Palace Udaipur was truly magical and exceeded all expectations. The experience started with a picturesque boat ride to the hotel from the mainland and continued with exceptional service throughout our stay. Our butler, Shishak, deserves special recognition for his unparalleled attentiveness. It felt like he was everywhere, magically appearing whenever we needed anything. The villa was perfect for our private birthday BBQ, with Yash providing excellent bar service. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the fun tuk-tuk ride to the local market. The Shish Mahal dinner was exceptional, with Chef Ravish Mishra delighting us with his amazing culinary expertise. Dishant’s housekeeping team ensured everything was spotless, and Sanjay at breakfast made mornings delightful. While the massage was decent, the poolside ambiance made relaxation effortless. Special thanks to General Manager Nishant Agarwal for curating such an outstanding experience. The Leela Palace Udaipur is the perfect blend of luxury, hospitality, and unforgettable memories. Wow. Highly recommended!

From the co- ordination of trip bookings by Harsh to our arrival at the airport where we met Tejveer to our entire stay- the trip was immaculately planned Centered around ensuring we have a holiday we shall never forget! Spectacular attention to detail by every member of The Leela from the executive chef who was so warm and delightful! We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay and Tejveer was with us every step of the way! Our children kept saying everyone was so warm and welcoming! From Anil at breakfast to the artists that played the flute , to Gopal who drove us around! So proud to see India offers such hospitality to the rest of the world! The high tea, star lit candle light dinner at the sheesh mahal to the sunset ride by the lake and barbeque at the lake side villa to the spa- every one of the experiences was breathtakingly beautiful !
