The area has an open layout to the living room, andhas 3,5m headroom and big windows with view over the grounds, there isan exit leading to the two patios which facing various directions.Furthermore, there is a large double bedroom, three additional smallerbedrooms with bunk beds and a large bathroom with a tub on this level.There is a family room one floor down equipped with a modern sofa bed, alaundry room and a bathroom with shower and sauna. There is also anotherexit to a large patio with overhead roof.The plot is estimated 3000m2 wide and consist of a mixed nature, forest,meadows and pastures. There is a sable on the grounds witch houses somesmall ponies, the owner of the horses are there approximately there onetime per day. The ground closest to the holiday home consists of a lawnwith fruit trees. There are also a swing, a sandbox and a small hut forthe kids to play in. In short is it a paradise for children.You can reach the ocean by just taking a cosy walk through the grove.As guests you also have acess to a nice boathouse and a cozy barbecue area directly by the sea, about 700 m from the house.There are various beaches with both rocky and less shallow beaches. For you who have boat- and sea knowledge there is a boat (Örnvik 4,8 m) with 25 Hk motor for rent by the owner for lovely bathing and fishing trips.
