We spent 4 nights in this accommodation "at home". Location and price was very good.
However, the owner left us skeptical. She would come into the room when we weren't there and we will pay about 1000 yen extra if we stay in the room from 11 a.m. to 5:40 p.m. (200 yen per hour). So we decided to go out every day during the slot in the afternoon.
One day we changed our mind and wanted to stay but she told us that the door would be close all afternoon (she had something urgent to do)
