I was looking at the hotels in Ujjain on various websites and i wanted a hotel with car parking. The photographs for this hotel were convincing, and the prices were nominal. Though the stay was only for a night, from 11 pm to 10 am, as i had to continue my journey to Bangalore, i did not want to spend too much for a room. The moment i entered my room, i regretted the decision. The rooms were in pitiable condition. Dirty glass laces doormats, stain ridden mattress bedsheet, quilt with no cover, dirty unusable pillows, two dirty single mattresses in all rooms standing in one corner, and please don't open the cupboard. It has filthy quilts pillows all stuffed in. I immediately left the hotel. It took me 2 hours to find an other hotel (at 1 am). But i was sure, i wantn't staying here.

Dirty, mosquitos, cockroaches is what you will experience at first hand. I would suggest to book many other hotels than this one

It was terrible experience. No any cleanliness. Room was not prepared properly. Hotel staff was not good in behaviour.

Worst hotel. Rooms were dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Bathroom taps were dirty. No hot water available. Service is very bad. Hotel location is not good. Food is not available in the hotel. Not even nearby areas in hotel. Only option is zomato and swiggy.

The rooms are not clean. Basic amenities were missing like cushion cover, door mat, toiletries. Staff was not supportive and unnecessary giving clarification for bad service. Not recommended for solo as well as family travellers. it’s expensive.

Excellent hotel, spacious and hygienic rooms. I like hotel locations well connected to ring road & other highways. Hotel staff behavior is also good. Good parking space.

It was booked for three families. All reached at 6 in evening for check in. Rooms were not cleaned. Rooms were dirty. Hotel management is not bothered. They would have corrected themselves based on previous reviews. Service is bad.

Worst hotel condition i have ever experienced, room is too dirty and smelly. Unhealthy bathroom condition. Hotel has no restaurant facility and too far from mahakal.
