Other things to note You are staying in a neighborhood home and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors by keeping the noise levels down, especially between 11pm and 8am. While we love animals, pets are not allowed at this location. Please no parties or unauthorized guests allowed at any time. There is no smoking inside the home and please no redecorating or moving furniture. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB. There is one camera out front on the doorbell.
