Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness in the room. The floors were not properly vacuumed, and I noticed dust on the furniture. The bathroom had some mildew in the shower, which was disappointing. Although the staff were polite and tried to assist, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

Room just nice for solo travel. Complimentary 2 drinking water even the room rate cheaper. Lot of restaurants nearby

staffs are helpful and friendly , room is spacious , yoilet is clean. someone want to go tambun for any purpose can book this hotel , recommended , easy access to foods .and near to buddhist temple and KPJ specialist or pantai hospital

Small hotel and clean and spacious room ! No daily clean up facility in this hotel but overall is clean and tidy.

Room is not very clean, stains on the bedsheet. However, the staff are very friendly.

Satisfied with level of cleanliness but can be improved. Some parts showing aging signs like walls are peeling, got cracks on the toilet bowl. Staff was friendly. Check in process was smooth. Staff explained and reminded to pay for parking through apps since it's public parking. Since hotel provided electric kettle, it would be nice if they could provide mugs as well.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's location made it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended!

Near to Tambun

OK. Decent. But not that great, no complaint since it's a budget hotel. Apart from econ yg bunyi bising sampai pagi. Old econ tapi still sejuk. Nasib badan penat, tido lena je sampai pagi. Haha

This hotel is value for money is clean and comfortable. The toilet is clean, the room big with king bed the air conditioning working good. The staff is very helpful and polite. I recommend this hotel to trip.com customer ⭐⭐⭐⭐ there is fast food like KFC, Pizza hut , local restaurant and supermarket below the hotel and 2 min walk.
