Very bad experience! TV and aircond was not function. Then, they ask us to change room. Thought that will get better room since the issue was from their side, for not checking the room first. But unluckily, got a downgrade room (from with window, then got without window - MORE CHEAPER PRICE!!) and the TV Position was so so not logic with the bed position. NOT ONLY THAT, remove tv was not function when test with the tv at new room. CALL THEM AGAIN TO CHANGE REMOTE TV. SO FRUSTRATED AND EXHAUSTED SINCE I CHECKED IN AT MIDNIGHT, SO THEY HAVE SO PLENTY OF TIME TO READY THE ROOM BEFORE CUSTOMER CHECKED IN. PREVIOUSLY I CHECKED IN AT MORE CHEAPER HOTEL, BUT THE SERVICE WAS SUPERB, not like this one. PLEASE DO TAKE ACTION, AND DO REFUND ME MY MONEY FOR THE DOWNGRADED ROOM GIVEN!
