Everything was good. I suggest to leave in the room extra pillows because the pillows in the bed were thin. Even extra toilet paper. On the third day during the cleaning of the room the attendant didn’t give us toilet paper. The room was so spacious and the breakfast very good

Very qualitative and nice located resort for your ski season. It is 20 min to Solden or 5-10 min for smaller resorts. Comfortable rooms, big parking, comfortable public space. Additionally you have supermarket, gas station just close buy and few restaurants in the village.

Beautiful and cozy hotel with spa zone. The only thing I would like to have in the room is a teapot to be able to boil water. The hotel location is pretty good. Only 25 minutes away from ski in Solden on a car. Huge parking space. The hotel has a big room to dry skies and snowboards accessible by room key.

A very pleasant stay, had everything we needed. Room was comfy, Spa was excellent, breakfasts ample to choose from and you can cook your own egg dishes. There is a ski/board bench where you can repair and wax (provided) equipment, was impressed by this. Would have liked a detailed map with instructions to walk from bus stop as it was a bit confusing and we took a couple of wrong turns, only matters if you are carrying all your luggage. Would recommend this place.

Excellent people, friendly and ready to supporto for any need. As a budget hotel the quality of services offered is outstanding, in particular a tempting breakfast buffet. Location is suitable for any type of activity guest are there for.

Nice experience for one night in Otztal - came to the hotel as we came to Aqua Dome and wanted a sleeping place. It was more than a sleeping place, atmosphere was great, personnel was wonderful, and the experience of creating your own breakfast (omelette/eggs etc) was the first one we saw till now. Will definitely return to Explorer Hotels while in Tirol.

As usual with low-rating review there is a story, so I'll start with it. We arrived late in evening and because i made a mistake with the booking we had a double room but booked for one person. both The receptionist and *********** were helpless as such major operation as adding a person to a room is too complicated for them. Long story short, it took almost an hour to get this sorted, before we could go to our room (which was double just the same). Very disappointing, will not come there again. Leaving the booking incident aside, it was very small rooms, not really clean, no shampoo - and for sure no atmosphere. The only point to give it two came with the breakfast that was really good and with large selection. If you just want to ski or hike, or cycle, maybe it is ok for you, but if you are searching for a little extra - forget about it. PS: this town is a good starting point to explore the timmelsjoch pass.

Sehr freundliches Personal!!! Preis- Leistung top. Moderne Zimmer mit toller Sicht auf die Berge. Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit regionalen Produkten. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. Große Tiefgarage und großer Parkplatz Wir kommen gerne wieder ❣️

Sehr gute Preis-Leistung für 4 Skitage im Ötztal. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Frühes buchen mit dem Ski-Deal-Angebot hat sich gelohnt. Alles da, was man als Skifahrer braucht. Ca. 25 min. mit dem Auto bis Sölden. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Ottima scelta per le piste di Solden, ad una ventina di minuti di auto Ci ha soddisfatto il rapporto qualità prezzo, la struttura è particolarmente accogliente, informale, la clientela è molto tranquilla, camera super attrezzata, confortevole, il personale è eccezionale, la colazione varia, abbondante. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della sauna, di sera è possibile avere per lo più pizza e insalate, il parcheggio è a pagamento.

Die Speisekarte für den Abend hat sich erweitert. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer "typisch", praktisch eingerichtet, ausreichend groß und der Sitzplatz im Fenster über der Heizung in den kalten Monaten ein echter Genuß. Zum Skigebiet Sölden 20-25 Minuten mit dem Auto ist angemessen, durch die Möglichkeit, bereits um 06:30 Uhr zu frühstücken, kann man einer der ersten auf der Piste sein. Dieses Mal war es eher ruhig, zwischen 35 und 170 Gästen am WE.

Sehr trendiges Alpen-Hotel. Super freundliches Personal. Zweckmässiges Zimmer in modernem Design. Aussenparkplätze kosten EUR 1.- pro Nacht und in der Tiefgarage über EUR 8.- Frühstücksbüffet ist auch reichhaltig. WLAN funktioniert gut. Im Sommer gibt es in der Hotel-Lobby eine Mountainbiker-Flickstation und im Winter einen Ski-Wachs-Service. Tolles Hotel für junge und aktive Touristen!

Abbiamo pernottato in questo hotel con la formula pernottamento e prima colazione e ci siamo trovati bene.... le stanze le ho trovate pulite e letti comodi, ma il punto forte è certamente la colazione... sia la classica colazione all'italiana che la colazione europea.... tutti prodotti freschi partendo dal pane e dagli affettatati. Molto apprezzabile la pulizia dell'hotel e la gentilezza del personale.
