The St. Regis Red Sea Resort

I have no Words to express how enchanted i am . The place is just beautiful , the way of the people treat you its wonderfull. Anisa and Hussain are the best ones, they Make you feel so special like if you are living in dream, also the guy of lifeguard is so gentle and kind. Every person we have the chance of Meet at the hotel was so nice with us. We definitely want to come back

We stayed at STR Red Sea for a few nights on a family trip to Saudi Arabia, I wish we spent a couple more at the property and would love to come back again when the sea is a little warmer. The positives: * Very visible/engaged leadership team and excellent staffing levels despite it being low season. In no time everyone addressed me by my preferred name, was very friendly and attempting to meet every need. * Our younger daughter had a cold and was seen by the nurse on multiple occasions and the hotel also organised a doctors appointment at the end of our trip as we requested. The team members frequently checked in on us and made sure our daughter was recovering. She also had a birthday coming up a few days after our stay but the team kindly planned and organised a little celebration for her and her sister, this was very much appreciated. * The kids club was fantastic and the lady in charge (Kawtar) was extremely engaged with the kids, this was easily the best experience our older daughter has had over the past few years in the many resorts visited. * The Beach Villas are palatial in size and very private behind the plants and decent distance from the beach. I booked a 1BR Villa which would have easily fit the four of us but as Bonvoy Titanium was upgraded to 2BR Villa, which exceeded the size of our house, you could get lost in it. Things that can be done better: * A little more consistency in dealing with young children in the restaurants would be great. Sometimes we would get the high chair, the cutlery and the rest without asking, sometime we had to request them. It is also worth checking with guests how quickly they want their/kids food to be delivered. * The butler and the wider team were very well aware where we were at any point in time so a little more synchronicity with the room cleaning teams would be welcome. The room clean wasn't always finished by the time we got back from breakfast, which can be a nuisance. * The breakfast buffet was a little small compared to other STR hotels/resorts. Perhaps this was the result of it being low season. That said, the food was great and I never left hungry. * We haven't had the opportunity to try all the restaurant options but I felt the food selection could be a little more varied. I personally don't understand why resorts in remote destinations have sushi/Japanese restaurants given how hard it is to match the quality of Japanese restaurants in London/Dubai/Riaydh and other major cities the guests are likely to be coming from. * A shaded outside area in front of the kids club would be very welcome, I understand the plans for this are already under way.

Our recent stay at the St. Regis Red Sea Resort was a unique experience, offering a glimpse into the potential of this property within the ambitious Red Sea initiative. While there are areas for improvement, one of the true highlights of our visit was the exceptional service provided by Fabian, our butler. Fabian exemplified everything one could hope for in luxury hospitality. His attentiveness, warmth, and ability to anticipate our needs created a truly personalized experience that elevated our stay. It’s clear that Fabian possesses extraordinary potential in the hospitality industry, and we are confident that his dedication and natural talent will set him up for significant success in his career. St. Regis is fortunate to have him on their team, and his work undoubtedly leaves a lasting impression on guests. We also want to commend the leadership of Andrea Colla, the General Manager. Managing a property in a developing destination is a unique challenge, and we recognize the effort and dedication required to align the resort’s operations with its ambitious vision. This will undoubtedly be a valuable learning experience that contributes to the resort’s growth and success in the long term. The resort itself has many strong points. The accommodations were exceptionally clean, providing a sense of privacy and peace that enhanced the overall experience of our honeymoon. The setting is exemplary, and the property clearly has the potential to become a flagship destination in the Red Sea region. That said, there are areas where improvement is needed to enhance the guest experience, particularly when it comes to attention to detail. While the flowers on the bed upon arrival were a thoughtful touch, there was otherwise no acknowledgment of our honeymoon—no mention of it on the welcome card, nor any recognition from the staff at the main office. Such gestures are standard in luxury resorts and go a long way in creating a more memorable and personal experience. This oversight, combined with delays in room service and the lack of clear communication regarding transportation fees, suggests room for growth in delivering a seamless and guest-focused experience. While the resort is still in the process of finding its rhythm, we left with a sense of its great potential and a deep appreciation for team members like Fabian, whose efforts truly made a difference. We look forward to seeing how the property evolves and are confident it will continue to grow into a premier destination.

The hotel was amazing, the amenities, the room, food, service, everything excellent and impeccable!! We had James as our personal butler and he was a 10 out of 10!! His warmth and welcoming personality made our stay much more enjoyable, he was always attentive to whatever we needed and managed all of our requests with a smile on his face! Definitely recommend the hotel, our vacation was unforgettable

This is my second visit to this luxurious island, and once again, it exceeded my expectations everything was simply outstanding and never failed to impress me The high-end facilities and treatments at the spa are incredible My friend and I enjoyed them so much during our first visit that we couldn’t resist returning this time Ruby and Ardana are truly exceptional therapists A special thanks to Mr. Andrea and his team for their exceptional hospitality, especially Ahmed Alsakheri from the front office, Friday and Ashesh from the beach club, Juliet from nesma restaurant and Jawaher from the spa. Their outstanding service made our stay even more memorable

I had an excellent stay at the St Regis Red Sea. The property is so beautiful and the service was top notch. Zeeshan was our butler who ensured we get the best possible stay and he went out of his way to make our stay memorable. The staff at the SPA were really good, starting with Jawaher and her warm welcome at the reception. I had treatments with Ardana who is very experienced and had a great massage (especially for those who prefer deep tissue and strong pressure). The staff at Wama were AMAZING. Hassan made sure my first snorkeling experience ever is a safe and unforgettable one. Sultan added an extra touch with his local tea and coffee served at the boat. All in all, my weekend at the St Regis Red Sea was the best and I would definitely come again!
