I've stayed in many hotels worldwide and i have never experienced such high levels of service before. Everyone who works here is friendly, appears to genuinely want to do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable and goes that extra mile to do so. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are modern and spacious and I really loved having Netflix, Apple Tv and Amazon Prime to watch in the evenings. The pool area is very pretty and the water was a lovely temperature. We stayed during Ramadan so there was no drink or food service to the pool and beach areas. If you wanted something you had to go to the pool bar to order and collect it. Initially I was a bit disappointed by this but the pool bar staff were so amazing it was always a joy to go up there. They knew my name, my room number and even knew my favourite dishes to order for lunch which were the absolutely delicious feta and watermelon salad and the fattoush salad. So I want to give a massive shout out to Suranga and Mohan who were the two loveliest bar staff ever. They clearly love their jobs and love the guests and I totally loved them. There is nothing to do outside of the hotel and its a pretty barren landscape so this really is a stay in the hotel and enjoy the sun, pool and sea holiday. My friend and I were the only Brits in the hotel with the other guests being mainly Russian with a handful of Germans. We had a look at a beachfront chalet and it was really gorgeous. The beach is ok. It's quite narrow and it's not like a traditional sea view as there is land quite near in front of it with buildings on it. The food was ok, some things were really good and others not so. The salads were particularly good and it was relatively easy to eat heathily if you wanted. It did get a bit monotonous after a week on the all inclusive and it's not like other all inclusive's I've been to where you get extra snacks in the afternoon or you can have anything on the menu as for example the pool bar had an a la carte menu and then a reduced down menu for all inclusive. The Spa was lovely and the 30 mins back massage was much more affordable than the other 60 mins massages. If you ask, you can go early and have a steam first which I really enjoyed. After your massage you sit in a lovely relaxation area and are brought tea and offered snacks which was a great touch.
