非常棒，設施齊全，房間寬敞整潔，服務周到，無敵海景，強烈推薦

貴了點，但乾淨，吃的還勉強能符合中國人的胃

不推薦中國人入住 1. 酒店前台check in的時間超過了40分鐘，是在蘭卡入住效率最低的店，疑似給後來的白人先辦理check in且來回要求簽字文件和帶領去房間又回前台，體驗極差。 2. 酒店雖然配了除濕機，但是本次行程入住9家hotel裏最潮濕的一家，同行小夥伴爆發急性濕疹。自帶的床單躺上去就是潮的 3. 電源插銷不合理，床頭左側沒有，近點的衹有小桌子上有一個電源插座，其次就是對面電視下方了。

避雷！！！千萬不要住這家酒店，在斯里蘭卡9天住的最差的酒店，沒有之一。 每年都會出去旅行，預訂的酒店近50家，頭一次給差評！ 優點： 房間大，海景還不錯。 缺點： 1. 房間潮濕陰冷，屋子一股發黴味道，床單很潮濕。由於房間潮濕導致屋子很冷，跟地窖一樣，晚上睡覺穿的長袖衞衣還被凍醒，又冷又濕，太難受了，蘭卡接近30度的氣温，不開空調的情況下都能被凍着，也是服了。 2.入住需要佩戴手環，手環是塑料的，挺鋒利，而且摘不下來，很容易傷到自己，我晚上睡覺就被自己劃傷好幾次。 3.馬桶有一股説不上來的味道，噁心到了，讓服務生打掃後也沒用，還噴了一屋子清新劑，薰死了。 4.房間潮濕導致紙巾都是濕了，發黴沒法使用。 5.酒店沒有當地特色，土不啦嘰的，人巨多，海灘全是人，混亂不堪，擺滿了躺椅，海上全是漁船，海里全是當地人，下餃子一樣，沙灘毛巾需要出示酒店的卡片才能換到，否則收費，間接説明沙灘混亂，什麼人都有。 6.酒店預訂不是攜程自己，是攜程通過代理訂的，出問題解決非常麻煩，而且酒店服務巨差，反應多次問題都不能解決，堅決不給退房，最終我們提前離店，房費不要了，住的太難受糟心。

Liked for its hospitality, beach facing property, infinity pool, swimming pool, scenic ocean view from the room, restaurants. The resort also had flock of ducks, peacocks Easy access to long beach walks was special. The hotel staff were courteous and professional making guests absolutely comfortable

The pool was very nice and the beach had really pretty seashells. The breakfast was very yummy and the service was excellent which was provided to us by Tharuki and other staff as well. The rooms were comfortable to reside in. I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Tharaki and Sithmi were so friendly and welcomed our whole family to the hotel. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend to other families in the area. It had everything we needed on site but also other food options close by if you wanted to wander into town.

Stayed over for a couple of nights and we had an amazing experience. The hotel has excellent facilities, great food and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The beach access is extremely easy just outside the pool area of the hotel’s beach club. You can take a walk along the coast and experience diving or take a boat ride. The hotel itself is extremely large, spanning over 13 acres of land. The hotel has two pools (an infinity pool on the 12th floor and a large main pool with an in-built bar within their beach club). A well equipped gym is also available with excellent palm tree views. Other activities such as beach volleyball and paddle are available for larger groups. The hotel has over 600 staff and each of them is extremely helpful and friendly. Special staff mentions for Aslam, Buddika, Asian, Dasuni, Chef Himal, and Faran.

One simple comment about this hotel is "Awesome".Kamesh and Tharuki 's service at the reception desk was very good and pleasant faces makes us feel good. We would like to visit this hotel again in future to explore more. Thanks for the wonderful experience

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach in Unawatuna. The rooms are exceptionally clean and offer a remarkable experience, especially during sunset. The calming sound of the waves adds to the serene atmosphere. The surrounding scenery is stunning, and the rooms are very comfortable, featuring soft beds and well-maintained bathrooms. Service: From the reception to the room service, dining hall staff, and even the gardeners – everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The waiting staff were particularly efficient, promptly cleaning tables and fulfilling our requests. Special thanks to Akila at the reception for the excellent support and warm hospitality. However, we were disappointed with the security personnel stationed at the front of the hotel (not the main gate security). Their attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, treating guests as if they were drivers. This unfortunate interaction occurred during our final moments at the hotel and negatively impacted an otherwise excellent experience. Facilities: The hotel offers great facilities, especially for families. There are numerous activities and amenities to keep everyone engaged and entertained. Great stay for getaway. Excellent buffet with tasty food and great service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and greeny environment ith immense space. Nice view with pool and beach access. Highly recommend for stay and day out. Enjoyed the stay.
