Paradise Cove on Norris Lake w/ Kayaks

Listing Description: Beautiful home located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake in the back of Dodson Creek Cove!. This property has a great floor plan, outdoor living and the perfect location on Norris Lake. Conveniently located 10 minutes to Maynardville, TN and only 30 minutes to downtown Knoxville. We are neighbors with Beach Island Marina & Bubba Brews! The home comes with a shared dock with our other property there & 1 boat is allowed per house. Our pontoon rental stays in the third slip! The Space: -We have several pontoon rentals available upon request. You must have a valid boaters license or be born before 1989 to operate. Please note we deliver the boat to the property & the boat can be taken out anytime during your stay, just note per our insurance, the boats are not to be taken out after dark. All Bookings must be made a week in advance to guarantee delivery. Rates are as follows: Standard 90 & 115 HP Pontoon Rental (all seat at least 11) - $300 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance Upgraded 16 passenger 115 HP - $325 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance Upgraded 15 passenger 150 HP - $350 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance -There are also kayaks included with the rental close to the dock. Please note that we do not provide life jackets. Please be sure to return to the kayak rack at the property once finished! -The home is located at the end of Dodson Creek Cove right past Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina on Hickory Valley Rd! -The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker, dishwasher, large fridge, stove, microwave, & a large kitchen table! The home also includes a hot tub, weber gas grill with propane on site that we provide, KUB Fiber WIFI, & Samsung Smart TV’s throughout the entire house as well as a beautiful patio area! -There is a shared dock with our other houses there for use w/ a swim ladder! One boat is allowed per house. Our pontoon rental stays in the third slip! Your trailer can be left at the property & you can put in at Beach Island Marina (5 mins away)! The dock does not have power currently. -Please note, this part of the lake is considered seasonal water and although you'll have normal lake levels from May to later September. The lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring & can fluctuate year to year. Guest Access: The entire house is available & no more than 4 cars allowed at the property & 1 boat per house. Other Things to Note: -Check in is at 5 & Check out is at 10 & you must be 25 to rent -House includes All Linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, etc. -A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, & trash bags (indoor & outdoor) -Recommended items to bring: Extra trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, toilet paper, beach towels for hot tubs or lake, & all personal soaps, shampoo, & conditioners. -4 Car max limit -No smoking or parties allowed anywhere on the property. -We provide all firewood & propane tanks. -There are outdoor security cameras for protection since this is a year round rental. -Check in and out times are firm unless approved in advance. -Nearest grocery store is Food City which is 10 minutes away. -No pets are allowed at our properties -WIFI is 1 GIG KUB Fiber with a wifi mesh system throughout the house -There is another property beside this one if you need larger groups.
