good location, dated unit. balcony was great with lovely views, too hot in the morning but great in the evening, pool was nice and refreshing. biggest issue was no WiFi after ad clearly stating free WiFi (supposedly issue between Telstra and Optus). unit had dated and limited facilities no stove just a microwave, kettle and toaster. Ceiling fan noisy when working, and allocated parking spot had a Ute parking illegally in front a few times, which made getting in and out more difficult. All in all enjoyed our time, but next time will opt for an airbnb unit which in general gives better facilities.

Had a fantastic time with friends staying in a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our apartment very tidy and location was perfect. Close proximity to the whales watching boats and airport. A perfect location to forget about life for a while. An Easy walk of 15 minutes to Urangan pier and Shops. We're already planning our return next year.

Great views and great accommodation but no wi-fi.nice spacious apartment but a few maintenance issues .we had no car and Hervey bay is spread out so some activities nearby but limited restaurants and cafes for a longer stay. Good security and nice gardens.

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff member at the check-in desk. Our unit was clean and comfortable (even if it was dated and worn down, it looked like new paint). The views of the ocean/sandy straight were absolutely fabulous. We had a full kitchen with necessary gear (dishes, flatware, cups, rubbish bin, dish cleaner), refrigerator was a good size. The main room was plenty big with a separate bedroom. It was quiet at night (a priority). The pool was just below our unit and it is a very long lap pool, nice. Walking distance, on a pathway, to town and pier was perfect (1km). No wifi was the only drawback.

My opinion in skewed due to poor weather so didn't get to use pool etc. Apartment was comfortable. Fully self contained. Close to the pier, harbour and lots of eateries. Clean and well kept. Couldn't use the balcony due to the rain. Would be perfect for a longer stay due to washing machine and dryer.

We’ve been coming here for years. The location in excellent as the apartments are absolute water frontage. No road or traffic noise. We’ve stayed in many different apartments over the years and found each one to be clean and well appointed. Only issue is there are no lifts but with the ground floor apartments you can walk straight from you garage into your apartment. Cafes and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk away.

The property is in a great location and offers uninterrupted ocean views. Close to the Marina and a variety of food outlets. Whilst a little tired the accommodation was clean and very comfortable. Individual garage parking was provided and the property protected by secure gated entry. The gardens and surrounds were well maintained. Taking all things into account, good value for money is provided.

Great views over marina and ocean. Older building but bathrooms seem a little newer. A gauze door fell off the tracks as it’s rather old. This did not affect our stay though. Balcony chairs rather old looking. Overall the place felt clean and we really enjoyed our stay. I called Accor and they said it was booked out for our dates. I checked on the website and there was availability for our dates so I booked it. Not good when incorrectly turning away customers when called though. Luckily I booked via their website and got a perfect unit for our family.

As soon as we got to the accommodation we new things weren't going to be good. The garage was extremely tight. The lights in the stairwell to the apartment didn't work, we had to use the torches on our phones. The furniture and fixtures were dirty, rusted, broken and dated. The beds were horrible... uncomfortable and cheap. They didn't have block out blinds in the bedrooms. There was only 1 tv in a 3 bedroom apt, no tv on the second floor. There was no outdoor furniture on the second floor balconies. It was as if the owners had just given up. They're was no wifi, the toilet paper was 1 ply. The floors and carpets were filthy.
