Great location, comfortable room and great price! Would stay again, beautiful view from the room of the sunset in the bay

This was the first place my father and I went to for a trip to Japan. It was a wonderful introduction to Japanese hospitality and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety that anyone could find something to eat. The konbini, restaurant, and Disney store in the hotel were all wonderful as well. I would 100% recommend and return again.

Hotel has Halloween theme on during our stay, it’s been decorated for Halloween and restaurants offer themed desserts which were really nice. Our room was average though, the furniture and bathroom was a bit dated, room smells muggy for the first day of our trip. We did get a room with sea view, that was the highlight for our stay.

Second time staying at this hotel. Wonderful service and great location!

Great trip to this hotel with my wife on our trip to Disney Sea.

Clean and spacious room. Hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, Disney Sea and train station.

Great family hotel. Location is awesome with bus shutter service to Maihama station for tokyo disney and disney sea. Provide comfy bed and use thier onsen. It is good after long walk

Very well located and nice hotel, very crowded at the time we stayed. Personnel are very kind and helpful.

The room is really spacious in Japan standards. The toilet and bathroom is nice and clean. I really like the convenience store and the bakery on ground floor, makes it easy to get snacks. Only one thing negative is the shuttle bus to Maihama - during peak hours (park opening and closing) it’s really hard to get on, maybe the hotel should consider running more buses during those hours. The bus itself is very Disney classic though!

very nice clean hotel, the breakfast is so good, good for children the shuttle bus from disney and jr station is also good.

Overall stay was great! We just sleep and checked out. So I can’t say much to be honest.

Hotel room space is quite big,convenient shuttle bus service can reach Tokyo Disneyland line.Can get the Disney ticket at the reception(this service just for hotel guest)with service charge. Definitely will come back with my kids next round😉

Walking distance from DisneySea. The place is so clean and lovely. The staff is accommodating!
