Perissia Hotel & Convention Center

The rooms are very small and not clean. The paint is peeling off the walls and the bathroom is very small. In the bathroom we found the curtains dirty. This hotel is nowhere near a 5 star, It would be more appropriate to call it a 2/3 star at most..

It is a terrible experience. The staff lacks hospitality. Half the things mentioned on the website are not available. There is no coffee in the room, the air conditioning is a split AC which makes a lot of noise. We ordered a bottle of water at 9.45 pm which was delivered next morning after repeated reminders. They had no knowledge about what is an iron!!!! Overall a sad experience

Totally disappointed Strenghts Good food quality, with the exception of the coffee that is inedible Quiet Beds rather comfy Drawbacks The personnel at the reception on Sunday 13 August, who could barely mumble a few words of English, should be fired on the spot. Incompetent and useless! Had to go down 5 times to get two extra pillows and two extra towels as bathrobes are not available at this 5-star hotel. Eventually I had to camp in front of the reception desk to get what I had asked for. This is the first time it happened to me. Really shameful and unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of the category. The bathroom is dated back 1975. Please see pictures. Toiletries are totally inadequate The shower works poorly The AC is unfit for the size of the room and does not work unless you leave a card on. At night we walked down to the Mustafa Resort, which is a real 5-star hotel. The pool is a major disappointment as is the fitness room, which is dirty and obsolete TUI Spain, which is organising the tour, is the real culprit. Hotels of this kind should not be included.

It is an average hotel,clean I would say.Meals were Okey but not versatile.outside pool in September was so cold that it was impossible to have a swim,indoor one was almost the same.location was more or less Okey,though Cappadocia is worth visiting,all those caves are incredible and balloon flight is a must,sunrise and colorful balloons around will bring unforgettable memories (the pilot can make the flight much more interesting)🍄🪄🍄

This hotel was very uncomfortable with dorm room type twin beds that were rock hard and a heating system the blasted hot air with no ability to adjust heat levels in the room or add a fan function from the air conditioning unit in the room. The included breakfast and dinner were basic buffets lacking flavor and variety. Hotel caters to bus loads of guests and appear the have contracts with a number of tour operators in the region. Since we were on a private tour, these accommodations were most disappointing and this will be reported back to our travel agent (Goway Travel).

Stayed here on our tour of Turkey. Good size rooms with a comfortable armchair. No china cups, tried to get some but was refused, had to use paper cups for hot drinks in room. Two big restaurants side by side with a good selection for dinner and breakfast, got busier as service went on. Viewing area at back of restaurant where you can see the balloons in the distance on their dawn flights. Supermarket over the road to buy whatever you need.
