Hanci Cave Hotel

We felt at home from the moment we stepped through the door. Mr. Mustafa greeted us at the entrance. Before we came there, we had a hotel victimization, we told about it. He showed us the available rooms one by one and we stayed in the room we chose. Rooms are extremely comfortable. Smells like pristine. Normally, I feel the need to do some cleaning when I stay, but here I was at home. His wife Zeynep prepares breakfast. It filled our eyes and stomachs with different and delicious touches every day. Also, Mr. Mustafa, the tour guide, helped us a lot in the tours. The Hotel is a 130-year-old stone building, they completed it with decoration so well that we felt the spirit of Ürgüp. And the location is also good, by walkşng from the centre of Ürgüp,it takes 5-10 minutes. It depends on our pace. Thank you very much for everything. You can go as if you were going home. I kept saying "Home Home" while I was there 🤍🤩👍🏻🫶🏻 Kapıdan adım attığımız andan itibaren evimize girmiş gibi hissettik. Girişte Mustafa Ağabeyimiz karşıladı bizi. Oraya gelmeden önce bi otel mağduriyetimiz olmuştu, onu anlattık. Müsait odaları tek tek gösterdi ve kendi seçtiğimiz odada kaldık. Odalar aşırı konforlu. Mis gibi kokuyor tertemiz. Normalde bi temizlik yapma ihtiyacı hissederim ben kalacağım zaman ama burda evimde gibiydim. Kahvaltıyı da eşi Zeynep abla hazırlıyor. Her gün farklı ve lezzetli dokunuşlarla hem gözümüzü hem karnımızı doyurdu. Ayrıca tur rehberi olan Mustafa ağabeyimiz de turlarda da bize çok yardımcı oldu. Hotel 130 yıllık bi taş bina, dekorasyon ile öyle bir tamamlamışlar ki Ürgüp’ün ruhunu hissettik. Konumu da oldukça iyi. Ürgüp merkezden 5-10 dk sürüyor. Tabi yürüme hızına bağlı. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Evinize gider gibi gidebilirsiniz ben de oradayken “Evim Evim” deyip durdum zaten 🤍🤩👍🏻🫶🏻

Owner Mustapha provides a warm, kindness and attentive environment that is mirrored by the hotel staff. The room was fantastic, a combination of cave, stone and traditional Turkish wood ceiling. A comfortable king size bed and twin bed, filled with Turkish appointments throughout, we felt we stepped back in time but with all the modern conveniences including a double shower. Breakfast was wonderful, egg/pmelet, olives, cheese, organic honey, frsh baked bread and more. One morning we overslept and Mustapha has our breakfast delivered to our room. There is a terrace with outstanding views of the town, valley and mountains where we enjoyed breakfast and the sunset. Pricing was excellent, wonderful value for the money. We found Urgup, a short bus ride to Goreme to be more interesting and a more enjoyable place to stay than Goreme.

Es un hotel pequeño muy confortable. La decoración de las habitaciones las hace muy acogedoras. La administración es muy cálida y servicial, siempre muy atentos y cualquier duda que les consultamos nos ayudaron a resolverla. El desayuno está incluido y es preparado en el momento. Cuenta con todo lo necesario y está muy bien ubicado. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.

Отличный уютный отель. Номер просторный, уютный, чистый, в традиционном восточном стиле. Есть все необходимое (хотелось бы еще халаты). Очень дружелюбный хозяин и его семья. Удобное расположение до центра города. Завтрак турецкий, все свежее, правда хотелось бы чуть большего разнообразия.

Hola. La habitación, imagino, tuve mala suerte y me tocó una de las peores (203), ya que me fijé al pasar en otras y tenían mucha mejor presencia. El servicio de mi habitación solo disponía de una bañera de metro y medio, y si tienes más de 1,70 y tenía que arrodillarte para poder ducharte. Otras vi que tenían buenas duchas. Respecto a la habitación en sí, podría haber pasado, si hubieran quitado una cama supletoria que tenían montada, hubiera quedado una habitación más acogedora y amplía.Y respecto al servicio, a la llegada tuvimos que arrastrar nuestras maletas grandes por unas escaleras estrechas con bastante dificultad. No sé cómo lo harán cuando lleguen huéspedes con menos fuerza y tengan que subir su equipaje. El resto sin problema. Muy correcto el trato y el servicio.

Hermoso hotel cueva en Urgup. Las habitaciones son amplias, frescas y bellamente decoradas. La atención muy amable y cordial. Realmente muy recomendable. El encargado nos consiguió una agencia para hacer el.paseo en globo, y nos permitió quedar después de la hora del check out.
