CHENGHE HOTEL by BESTOW

We stayed at another Bestow hotel before moving here so there is a basis for comparison and it's worse in every way. Pros: -Separated bathroom and shower -Laundry facility and gym for free Cons: -Cigarette smell even though it's supposed to be a non-smoking room. Front desk doesn't care, no offers to change rooms to provide any sprays. Opening the window was loud outside. -TV uses a program that makes you pay after watching for 5 mins, whereas the other Bestow hotel didn't require this. -Room cleaner was visibly annoyed when we told her we have 3 people but only 2 sets of robes, slippers, etc. -No instant coffee in room. No afternoon tea or late night snack (provided in the other Bestow hotel) -No hooks or bench to put towels or clean clothes in the shower so it's pretty awkward if you are sharing the room with family. -Location not really walkable to any tourist sites and is in a residential neighborhood. Acceptable for one night and we changed hotels. Hope they can improve and we could return in the future.

酒店新嶄嶄的，各種硬件設施齊全完善，前台小姐姐們服務特別熱心親切、專業周到！距離機場就半小時車程，去各個熱門餐飲、景點公共交通都比較方便。還有居然配備早餐，餐廳乾淨、菜品豐富。不論出差辦公還是親友旅行都是不錯之選。下次還會再來。真心贊！
