We been on the road for 10 days in Xinjiang, last day of our trip we treated ourselves with a fancy and comfy hotel. We had a wonderful time there, food was delicious. We loved the dancers with their traditional outfit. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Someone at front desk speak English (Belgian mother and son).

Nice rooms just like you’d expect from a Western 5* hotel. Only stayed 1 night so can’t comment on the facilities except that they are a bit mean with the complementary drinking water - if you have double occupancy you will need to provide more.

Very nice room and hotel in a super convenient location for the train station and airport. Busy food street nearby too. Staff all friendly and attentive. Only downside is the breakfast, which whilst plentiful in terms of options, I would have preferred fewer dishes with a more fresh, tastier offering.

Overall very good hotel and service The hotel is located in a very nice place and right next to Wana plaza which has a very lively environment. From my expericne, I would highly suggest Wanda Vista Urumqi. Special thanks to, Leno from the concierge He helps us settle down in the hotel and plan the trips around the city. proactively provide the informaiton and service and ensure that we have a good stay.

A proper 5 Star Hotel, Room sizes are large and decorated well with good Wanda Style amenities. Food menu is good. Malls and eating options around the hotel. Close to Airport and Train Station. It's a best hotel if you want to be in the center and live in luxury. However I would prefer to stay at the OBO hotel opposite the train station as compared to the Room price and Quality OBO is as good an option. Both are almost new Hotels and very comfortable.

步入房間，整潔乾淨之感撲面而來，一塵不染的環境、井然有序的陳設，盡顯酒店對品質的嚴苛把控；設施完備齊全，從日常起居到休閑所需，一應俱全，舒適之感仿若春日暖陽，將人温柔包裹。小薩的主動服務太暖心啦，不管是幫忙提行李，還是解答各種疑問，都熱情滿滿。關鍵是上下樓要刷房卡，安全感直接拉滿。出行便利也是一大亮點，離高鐵站僅 10 分鐘車程，去機場也不過 25 到 30 分鐘，大大節省了路途時間，返程時我們毫不猶豫再次入住。小薩服務周到，感謝，服務，細心，貼心，房間設施齊全，乾淨，整潔，床品舒適，住的舒心！電梯刷卡，安全放心！有地面地庫 兩個停車場 停車非常的方便，大堂中間有一個桌子 上面有很多新疆特色的帽子 還有一些樂器[強][強]很好看，住的挺好的，日照天山顯得格外富麗，工藝品也很別緻!

這次出差住的這家酒店，真的給了我超多驚喜，必須點贊👍 位置簡直無敵，就在城市交通樞紐的核心區，離機場近，高鐵站更是近在咫尺，樓下還有好多公交線路，不管是去熱門景點打卡，還是奔赴商務辦公區，都快得出乎意料，對咱出差黨和遊客來説太友好啦！小薩的服務超貼心，入住前就幫我把房間安排得妥妥當當，入住時還細心介紹酒店設施。電梯刷卡上樓，安全感拉滿，住得超安心。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨得一塵不染，設施也齊全，完全滿足需求。酒店大廳寬敞大氣，房間佈置很合心意，住起來特舒服。早餐更是豐富，性價比超高！以後出差、旅遊，就認定這家啦。附近有 萬達商場 ，葯店需要的都應有盡有，房間乾淨，整潔， 舒適， 温暖 ，暖和 ，採光好，上下樓都是要刷房卡， 安全方面做的很到位，小薩服務真的是很棒

這次旅行能住到這麼棒的酒店，真的太幸運了！必須給大家分享分享。一進酒店，就能感受到不一樣的貼心。辦理入住手續快到超乎想象，前台工作人員那叫一個機靈，有條不紊地迅速辦好一切，還絲毫不會過多打擾客人，這種恰到好處的分寸感，太讚了。走進房間，更是處處驚喜。設施齊全得挑不出毛病，乾淨整潔程度堪稱潔癖患者的福音，床品柔軟親膚，往上面一躺，疲憊瞬間消散，每晚都能酣甜入睡，住得那叫一個舒心。還有那電梯刷卡的設計，安全感直接拉滿，完全不用擔心任何安全隱患。不過，最讓我難忘的還是管家小薩，他的服務堪稱一絕！耐心細緻到極致，不管提出什麼需求，哪怕是特別瑣碎的小事，他都立刻響應，有求必應，那份熱情和細心，就像家人在身邊一樣貼心。酒店的地理位置也是槓槓的，出行便利得沒話説。離高鐵站僅僅 10 分鐘車程，去機場最多也就 25 到 30 分鐘，為出行節省了大把時間，就衝著這便利性，返程的時候我們毫不猶豫再次選擇這裏。

800元一天的房價，體驗小時候在爺爺家大概20年前的電視，技術人員說沒辦法，房間窗戶有積水。 叫前台翻熱食物，等了大半小時，送回來的時候也是冷的， 唯一加分的是 ，送我們上來的小哥態度很好。房間小窗戶只能開4公分，室內只有暖風，悶熱得很，還好送了台風扇， 新疆之旅外面零下15度睡覺，室內悶熱到要開風扇睡覺真的挺搞笑的。

酒店位置緊挨着萬達廣場，周圍好吃的很多，天太冷不想出門，點外賣很方便，酒店機器人送餐。酒店有地庫，這在冬天開車住店的人很友好。 因為是開業比較早的酒店，不是很智能，建議酒店更新一下配套智能設備，電視也不是高清，有點一般。 房間不算大，窗外景觀不錯，就是冬天新疆窗户普遍比較臟，看出去效果不是很好。臨街會有點吵，尤其遇上早高峯暴躁車主打喇叭，愛睡懶覺或睡眠不是很好的人建議選擇其他朝向的房間。 暖氣温度很好，房間很熱，熱水温度也很不錯。新疆冬天乾燥，房間配備的礦泉水很足，後面又在要了兩瓶，客房服務員直接給了半提，服務滿分。 文化天使Demi服務很好，熱情細心。

非常超預期的一次住宿體驗，還沒出發，管家阿依薩達就很熱情的聯繫，進了酒店，發現還有歌舞表演服務人員也都很熱情，主動打招呼。房間硬件豪華，沒啥説的。以前一直覺得北方的服務業不行，新疆這個地方卻是個例外，服務人員，不管哪個民族的都很熱情，特別棒。

難得來烏魯木齊出差，第一次住萬達文華，住的不錯，裝修很有特色，早餐也很豐盛，有不少特色的撒子，饢，奶製品等等。 前台經理小李服務很好，熱情專業，説起來酒店好多漂亮帥氣的維族（或者還有其他民族）的姑娘小夥，看着賞心悦目hhhhh～ 下次來還會住～
