We loved the Urumuqi Conrad! For our entire stay, the service was superb and attentive. We always felt very welcomed. The room was excellent and impeccably maintained. The executive lounge offered both afternoon tea and light dinner service. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many made to order items. The bell men and housekeeper all performed very well. Overall, we highly recommend the Urumuqi Conrad.

The hotel's service is impeccable, from the reception at the front desk by Bettie to the room service, all the staff are warm, considerate, professional and efficient.

We stay at Conrad Urumqi for 2 nights, eventhough the room on the 1st night was very hot but Nina went above and beyond to change the room at midnight for us, 1st appreciation. Moreover, on the checking out date we have an early morning flight and again Nina prepare breakfast in a box with eggs, fruits and pastries. Very thoughtful and kind hospitality we received. Would definitely go back again if we visit Urumqi!

Top notch service, good location and amenities. Swimming pool and sauna is in fantastic condition, special thanks to the manager, Johnny Shi, for his supports during the late hours, as I went for some exercise.

Excellent hotel n service, room, toilet are clean, welcome fruit n snacks are so thoughtful. Like their Hotan roses, tea with roses has calming effect n good sleep. Thank you 刘胜利 for her thoughtful service during my 7 nights stay.

A great hotel as you would expect from a Conrad. The location was good but you do need to take a taxi if you want to get to the tourist areas. The hotel was spotless, staff were great and the sky bar, pool and gym all good. The only let down was the view. If the hotel is quiet, why put your guess in the rooms with the worst view? I will never understand that - part of the reason for booking the Conrad was for the view and I did ask for a high rim, but nope. That didn’t happen!!

Very good, well recommend. They provided cake and card for dad bday. Clean rooms bedding and pleasant staff

A top hotel in Urumqi. I've stayed at URC airport hotels, Hilton and the old Sheraton - no longer Sheraton in Urumqi. This one is good and serves all my needs. I will stay again.

The pros: it’s attached to a high end mall it has a top of the line automatic bidet as it’s part of Marriott group, interior of room is reminiscent of its sister brand, the EDITION has a beautiful executive lounge Service and lift arrival is always prompt Bellboys and L1 aunties are helpful, earnest and friendly Byredo toiletries The cons: Poor awareness by local drivers resulting in many drivers, dropping off the wrong entrance Signages of the hotel can be vastly improved, as it’s not immediately clear that reception is at L37, and that there’s even a L1 lobby Room was stuffy even as I tried to lower the thermostat to 18 celcius, I was still perspiring in my room and the middle of the night One of my wash sinks was clogged The pillows are not exactly comfy and I didn’t know there was a pillow menu until the day of checking out, even as I stayed in other Conrads of the world Most of the staff who are in their twenties and thirties, have major rbf until you actually speak to them where they appear to be more pleasant and accommodating
