I booked room for 3 persons but hotel said they don’t have the information. So, they upgrade the room with extra bed for free of charge. The problem is the provided room is next to elevator. It makes very loud noise all the night.

Hola el hotel esta fuera de Zaragoza pero esta muy comunicada tanto en bus como en coche cerca de Zaragoza solo a 5 minutos en coche y a 10 en bus este el hotel el hotel traquilo para descansar después de pasearte por Zaragoza lo encomiendo el las chicas espectaculares tanto recepción como camareras.

La experiencia de mi mujer y mía del hotel las ventas fue muy buena, l@s recepcionistas todos muy agradables, los camareros también, la comida para ser fin de semana, pienso que barata , 16,50 el menú y la calidad muy buena, aunque no había muchos platos para elegir el desayuno también muy bueno y con variedad, cerca del outlet de Zaragoza y de la misma capital, y además con piscina y parking gratis, mi hotel cada vez que vaya a Zaragoza

Shocked to discover that both our sat nav and Google maps couldn’t find it. Both sent us up and down the same wrong road for 25 minutes before we reverted to a different app! Well done to the reviewer who lulled us into a false sense of security by saying “ easy to find”☹️ However; on our way out we discovered it was spitting distance to the A68🤣 Came in off the Z40 Zaragoza ring road via what must have been the scenic route , so beware!🤣🤣 Eventually found it and got our room but signage is non existent. Arriving from the direction we came we knew to look for a petrol station in front and parked up. From the car park you come in via the cafeteria because that is the only obvious door but then look around for clues where to go. The kind woman who later sold us beer helped us and another couple who arrived after us who did the same thing. If there was a sign directing you to hotel reception it clearly isn’t obvious enough. Room tired looking in need of some TLC and whilst not particularly inviting, comfortable enough. The receptionist didn’t crack a smile once. I know that language can be difficult sometimes but it did feel like we were an inconvenience. Despite reception telling us the cafeteria was open from 17:00, the staff said dinner wasn’t until 19:30 but until 15:30 we could get pizza or sandwiches. This may just have been a confusion of communication between Spanish and English! The cafeteria is just that with a truck stop feel. We bought food from the garage next door. Drunk people running along our corridor at 03:00am for 20 minutes leaving no chance of a decent sleep even with ear plugs. Apparently there was a wedding in their “ other restaurant” so maybe that explains the disturbed night. There was nothing welcoming or attractive about this hotel other than lovely beer lady! At £75 a night, awful, there must be better places around Zaragoza for that money.It looked great on line but our experience was a very different reality. For our next road trip in Spain we will try somewhere else; probably to one we’ve used a couple of times before.

We stayed 1 night on our way back to the ferry at Bilbao. A nice clean hotel. Use of a pool if you need it. We had lovely service from a lady called Natalia. The menu of the day was great value and there was a good selection at breakfast. There is a handy petrol station next door. We would recommend it and stay again if in the area.

El hotel está ubicado en una especie de polígono. Cuenta con un bar que es de la misma propiedad. Todos fueron súper amables, y te puedes alojar con tu mascota sin necesidad de pagar un plus, algo que es la primera vez que lo vemos. Junto al hotel hay varios supermercados y centros comerciales, ahora bien, tendrás que ir en coche.

Comenzó el calor ,28 grados de noche sin clima, en habitación de fumadores y yo no fumo , se imaginarán el olor , eso es solo un botón de la rosa, por cierto mi habitación con solo un enchufe para todo y que o cargaba o ponía la maleta a los pies de la cama , por mi no pisaba este lugar

La ducha no traga lo suficiente hasta salirse de la misma. El telefonillo de la ducha no se aguanta sólo en el soporte por lo que lo debes aguantar con la mano. El parquet con quemaduras de cigarros, medio levantado por el agua de la ducha. La cisterna del Walter necesitas 23 min para poder estar completa y descargar. En general muy antiguo y precio deproporcionado. La recepción y la persona del desayuno muy bien. Amables y serviciales.

Situé dans une zone industrielle, cet hôtel est pratique pour faire une étape. Le nettoyage de la chambre n'était pas parfait. Le lit était confortable. Au 3 étage, la fenêtre avait une vue sur le toit. La chambre donnée presentait des signes de vieillissement... Pratique mais à rénover dans le temps !

No es ni siquiera una pensión las fotos hablan por si solas ….mocos en la pared hormigas agujeros de quemaduras en las mantas la calefacción no funcionaba etc..totalmente asqueroso , por favor evitar este “hotel “colchones de muelles , la dirección del hotel una maleducada
