Crowne Plaza Utrecht - Central Station recensioner

Very well located as it is just in the shopping centre connected to the main train station; building and rooms with modern design ; spacious room ; delicious breakfast though not many selections; to be more picky, there are stains on the wall and bedsheet in my room.

The bed is bit hard. Other amenities are good. Location is very close to the central train station.

Awesome place! Locating within the mall and next to the train station and just 30mins train away from the airport. Lots of shopping in the mall! Only wish is for the gym to be larger with more equipments.

All the staff was very attentive and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. I liked the high ceiling. There is a mall parking lot but quite expensive, 40euros per night

The hotel location is very good. Just next to the train station and inside a shopping mall. Breakfast was good quality. The conference rooms were also quite nice. Overall, good experience.

The location was the best part of the hotel. Amenities were great too, super clean and new. However, housekeeping failed to clean my room the first 3 nights out of the 4 nights of my entire stay there, despite me hanging the “pls make up room” sign outside of my door and each time I went out, I could see the housekeeping cart nearby which meant that there’s no reason they should have missed the sign… for 3 days straight.

Nice hotel above the mall. Entrance is via ground floor from the mall which was very convenient. Check in and out was smooth with no hassles at all. Room was spacious and good. However, there were some stains in the toilet which was a bit disappointing.
