Beautiful hotel, excellent and good prices. The service is amazing

Very clean, kind receptionists, everything was great. A bit noisy late at night. Location is amazing.

The pods are spacious, I enjoyed the night there! The facilities are also adequate.

It would be nice if hot water is provided at the open area zone

The hotel is stunning! The first moment when I walked in I thought I was going to a beautiful restaurant. There's a smart locker for my luggage as I arrive very early in the morning. Self-check-in is super easy, the staffs are super friendly. The pod room is super clean and quiet, the bed is MASSIVE and comfortable, love the smart control colour change light inside the pod. The storage area under the pod is very convenient and secure ( use the room key to open it). There are plenty of shower rooms and toilets so you don't need to line up for it. The water temperature and press are perfect, and towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer are all available to use. I am super happy with the stay, sadly I didn't have the chance to try their food, but I am more than happy to come back to stay again and try the food and drink. BTW, it's only a couple minutes' walk from the Utrecht train station, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops surrounded.

Like this hotel very much. We stay one night in the pod bunk bed, like the modern design and its cleanliness. The space inside the pod is good and bed is comfortable, many spaces in the public area. On the daytime, the cafe inside the hotel is full of people working with laptop.

Not good hotel. Can’t recommend because the guest have no respect. In the dorm room the room light is on the whole night and guest are very loud. Also the Bathroom is very dirty and smells very bad. Avoid at all costs!!

Self checkin and checkout is extremely easy. If you have questions, the people there are very kind. The room was clean and modern. Such a cool and u issue evironment. The location is amazing.

Pods are great, their technology is limited they couldn’t add my second booking to previous one, I had to checkout and check in again! Their check in terminal has security issues I could find my name by just typing my 3 characters and autocomplete system showing my full family name! Other than that good concept having hotel quality shampoo and restaurant

The location is close to Utrecht Central station where are lot of bars and restaurants, as well as a big shopping mall nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the locker may not fit a big luggage and you may need to rent one. The bed is comfortable and clean. Note: even you paid hotel fee on trip.com, you still need to pay tax for the hotel
