We chose this hotel because it had rooms with 3 beds, looked nice from the photos,was budget friendly, and had free breakfast. We had a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was spacious and clean, and having three beds in one room was a huge plus and this is why we chose this hotel. The front desk area looked recently updated, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the pool was clean and well-maintained. There’s also a certain nostalgic charm to the place that some families might appreciate. It also offers free breakfast. However, there were a number of concerns that made us feel this motel may not be the best fit for families. The building itself is quite old and feels worn down in many areas. Our room was very butted up to the freeway, so traffic noise was extremely loud day and night. We opened the window to see out and your view was the freeway. Even more frustrating, we could hear constant stomping, yelling, and movement from the guests above us for hours—it was nearly impossible to fall asleep. Safety was another concern. There were some shady people around the parking lot, and at one point we could hear a man loudly yelling at his child, which was unsettling. The door to our room had large gaps around the top and side—you could actually see the sun light from inside the room. That, combined with visible black mold in the shower, made the space feel less than secure or sanitary. We left after the first night for a different that was better for our family. We truly appreciated the space and friendly service, but until some serious updates and safety improvements are made, we wouldn’t recommend this motel. It has potential, but it’s not quite there yet. It’s a hotel that you get what you pay for.

Does not print receipts or appears to participate BW rewards program. Call GM Alfonso and he will tell you that himself. Credit card? Be sure to be prepared for an actual charge - Not Hold of $100 on check in. Still waiting for it to be reversed. Worse slip trip fall hazard I have ever seen going in and out of the lobby. Unexpected small step. I tripped. Not ADA compliant. Plus the doorway walks directly into an active 2-way driveway.

Nice quiet room close to Nut tree mall. The beds were firm and shower pressure good. There was a massaging shower head. They gave us a to-go breakfast bag because we had to leave before breakfast started. The pool looked fun too. Friendly staff.

EXTREMELY OUTDATED & MNGR. On-site is a SNAKE IN THE GRASS!-@Vacaville location. UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL and we certainly let our friends&family know and local neighbors nearby. Sad but true therefore that was our first and last overnight getaway at Vacaville/NutTeee location and nearby great options too including cleanliness, plus all the amenities BW here has and more!

A strong odor of mold greeted us upon entering the room, especially in the bathroom. The plastic baseboards were coming off. The bathroom exhaust fan was out-dated and rusty. The main entry door was very hard to open. A grandma would never had gotten in or out. Luckily we stayed only one night.

Great place ! Fast Eddie at checkin was very friendly and efficient. The king suite was spacey, everything worked and the shower had the highest water pressure ever. Brekast was great, other staff friendly and everything was very clean. A great price and location.

This week is my third week staying at this hotel in the last two months. My room was spotless. Monse who works the front desk goes above and beyond to ensure my stay goes well. The hotel is clean. It is quiet in the evenings which I have had issues with at other hotels. The breakfast that is included is amazing. Carla even offers to make guests mocha's. I highly recommend you give them a try. The price is great and this hotel is close to Kaiser, North Bay Medical, many restaurants and the outlet stores.
